酒店管理感覺有些問題，員工全程非常在意評價，各個環節一直在詢問是否能寫好評，這樣的體驗非常不好，感覺住的不是高端酒店，更像點外賣，還要求好評截圖，且比外賣的索要好評頻次更高，我離店兩天每天都收到索要好評消息，住過很多酒店從未有過這樣的體驗。感覺不是員工的問題，是員工被考核逼成這樣的？
另外有衣服遺落在房間，酒店幫忙寄回，收件的時候竟然是到付，這點非常意外，不是説一定要酒店掏錢為我的失誤買單寄快遞，是之前僅有一次遺落物品，在一家非常原始的私人民宿，老闆幫忙寄回家沒有要快遞費，對比之下堂堂洲際兩千多的房費甚至不如一家小民宿的服務感受好。
房間、設施和風景沒有問題，但是服務細節體驗非常不匹配洲際品牌和價位應有的預期。
感謝入住時候送的小禮物，希望以後每個環節都能像入住一樣體驗好。另外高額的按金應該提前告知，房費兩千四按金一千一，銀聯規定上浮15%銀行卡最後凍結四千多，也是罕有的體驗了。
