I live on the 6th floor, and there is a KTV on the 2 floors downstairs. The bass sound continues at night, making it impossible to sleep. I called the front desk, and although they were moved to a different room and the sound was just a little quieter, I still couldn't sleep. It wasn't until the KTV closed at 4 a.m. that I finally fell asleep. With such an environment, I will never go to this hotel again!

I live on the sixth floor. It's very noisy. The KTV downstairs plays disco music. The bed and the wall are shaking all night. It's useless to respond. I finally wear earplugs to sleep, but it's still hard to sleep. It's so painful. If I wasn't greedy, I wouldn't live here.
The hangers are all crooked and they don't change them even though they are so rotten.
I really don't understand why you want to set up a KTV in the accommodation without taking noise prevention measures!
