The hotel has a superior location. The lobby is very beautiful. Xiaoqian at the front desk is very warm. There is free laundry on the third floor. It is very convenient to wash and dry. The room is fully equipped. The air conditioning is very good, and it is also very close to the subway station.goodw good good

The location is quite convenient, the room is clean, and the shower water is large. it is very cost-effective in Futian, if you pursue cost-effectiveness, it is a very good choice as a place to go from Shenzhen to Hong Kong.

Free laundry and good location in rich area. No other foreign travelers though which is to be expected. Bed was big and light comes in when you walk into the bathroom. Staff does not know English but they are good with the translator app Very helpful and very nice and clean They really want you to leave a review which is kind of the culture here more so than anywhere iv traveled

Excellent location for food and transport. They tried to do the best with a limited building. Service was very good I don't really speak mandarin and the reception did their best to help me. In particular XiaoFei used WeChat to send me plenty of information translated into English so that I could navigate around the area. Attached photo is a set breakfast in a cafe nearby.

Overall it is a good experience, as the room is clean and very convenience venue. However, 2 areas need improvement, as there are no hulks in bathroom and the lighting system is not smart since it doesn't allow manual control of the individual lights turning on and off.

This is an excellent hotel. I have stayed here multiple times and it has always been a great experience. The staff is very friendly and polite. The rooms are very clean. The location is perfect as it is right in front of a metro station and 1 stop away from the electronics market and 1 stop from the main Futian metro station. I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent infrastructure and clean hotel. The personnel was very helpful. The hotel is in front of the metro, so it is very convenient to visit different parts of Shenzhen.

Reception was very friendly and even assisted us in finding a room that was available for early check in even though we arrived much earlier in the morning. Room was comfortable and clean.

Room is clean and bed is very big and comfortable. Some minor issues - room had a faint smoke smell and the TV reception was patchy.
