Conveniently located right above Kkone, with Xiasha Metro Station just steps away. The one-bedroom, one-living-room layout is perfect for an extended stay. The room was clean and well-equipped. With 24-hour security downstairs and key card access for the elevators, I felt very safe and secure. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

There's a supermarket and subway station right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to get around. The room gets excellent natural light, and it offers great value for money. The host was very friendly. I'll definitely book this place again for my next business trip.

After sifting through countless options online, I finally picked this place, and I feel quite lucky I did. The mall downstairs is incredibly convenient, with everything you could possibly need, including delicious food from all over the country. Being right next to Xiasha Subway Station Exit B makes getting around super easy. The room's cleanliness was pretty good, the washing machine was clean, and there was even a dedicated spot to hang laundry. The water was clean too. The door lock, however, wasn't great; the deadbolt was quite stiff and hard to turn. On the positive side, the air conditioning was excellent, providing great cold air. My only minor complaint is that it seemed to blow out some dust, which isn't ideal for someone with allergic rhinitis. Otherwise, I found everything else to be perfectly fine!

The location is fantastic, right by Xiasha Metro Station in Futian District, with two large shopping malls and countless other shops just steps away. The amenities and transportation links are incredibly convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, providing clear and detailed information. I had originally planned to extend my stay for another two days, but an unexpected event forced me to leave. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

I stayed one night in Shenzhen for a performance. It's very close to BO LIVE, just a 10-minute walk. A shopping mall and subway station are conveniently located right downstairs, making dining and exploring incredibly easy. It's a serviced apartment. After checking in, the front desk staff guided me to my room. The key card only allows access to your specific floor, which is a great security feature. With amenities like a kitchen and a washing machine, it would be very practical for longer stays. This place is genuinely great.
