Hygiene: Clean and tidy

Service: The front desk lady on the morning shift was smiling and enthusiastic throughout the service.
Facilities: The facilities are very new, but many details are not in place. For example, the mirror on the washbasin is probably for people over 175cm tall. My girlfriend is 163cm tall and it is very uncomfortable to look in the mirror and put on makeup. It would be better if the height of the mirror was lowered a little to be ergonomic!
