Location and overall value are great. Clean place, good hot water, nice refrigerator, good washing machine, AC works fine. Wifi was excellent, cleaning service was polite and good. Furniture was rather cheap, there was no TV, just a projector which didn't work with HDMI. The stove top was induction, and no pans, dishware or implements supplied. All in all, a good value for the money if you're in Shenzhen for business, and don't want to blow your budget on unnecessary luxury hotels, or use risky lower end hotels.
