This hotel was amazing and very worth the price. The hotel room is clean and reasonably new. The service is on point and the staff members are kind and always willing to help, especially Zhang wan jing 张万静. She helped us a lot with ordering taxis and food, as we didn’t have mei tuan **. Without her helping us organise everything, we would be in a mess. We have to give her a big thanks and very much appreciate her great efforts. Although the hotel is around 45 minutes away from Futian, it is definitely worth the ride. There is also a MTR station 3 minutes away from the hotel, which is quite convenient. Definitely recommend coming here!

I was not disappointed. The hotel is very grand and easy to find next to the subway station. The front desk is very warm, with a big doll and a food delivery robot. The room is clean and tidy. I stayed for two days. The auntie helped to wash the clothes for free and folded them neatly. The hotel laundry room is equipped with disinfectant, which is very considerate [strong]. The bathroom also has disposable toilet mats. It is full of details and the customer's needs are fully grasped. I will come again next time [rose]
