DDangxialiliangThis German-style hotel boasts perfectly soft bedding, a supportive mattress, and a well-designed bathroom with a separate shower and toilet. Hot water is readily available and at a stable temperature. The toiletries have a subtle cedar scent, far exceeding the standard for hotels in the same price range. The front desk service is warm and attentive, responding promptly to every request. The hotel's location is also a major plus. If I ever visit this city again, this will definitely be my first choice, and I would recommend it to anyone who needs it.

Our stay was very comfortable. The rooms were well soundproofed, spotlessly clean, and spacious. The smart assistant (Xiao Du) was a great feature; it allowed us to order takeout and have it delivered directly to our room without needing to go downstairs, which was incredibly convenient. The housekeeping staff were also very kind and helpful.

SSeraph526The room is clean and big and new. There are a lot of nice food around the hotel and the shui wei night market is just right below. The drinks in the fridge are comolimentary. What i like is their laundry servide which is free of charge. The front desk staff are very helpful guiding me how to order food delivery to hotel. The only improvement is when i got the room there is smoking smell but the hotel staff very quickly work on to remove the smell. The hotel breakfast also kinda good spread. The best deal is there is supper every night and is also complimentary.

Iivy_5471As a beachfront resort hotel, the sea view is beautiful, especially on a clear day, comparable to Sanya. However, the sand at Dameisha is very coarse and quite rough on the feet. The hotel is large with many rooms, but the room size is tiny. This is truly the smallest and oldest InterContinental I've ever stayed in. Upon entering the room, there was an immediate smell of dampness and mold. The room lighting was dim, and the furniture colors were dark, making it feel very oppressive and uncomfortable. The single beds in the twin room were 1.2 meters wide, which is very narrow. The description said it was renovated in 2020, but the old condition of the facilities suggests it's at least a decade old. Also, the toilet and curtains are not electric, which is very inconvenient. The public swimming pool at the hotel is excellent, large, and the water temperature is suitable. Staff members are always on hand to monitor safety, which is reassuring. Breakfast is plentiful, and the dining area is quite spacious. There were many people checking in, probably due to the holiday, and I had to queue for a long time. The room wasn't ready, so I asked if they would call me when it was. The front desk said no, and that I'd have to come back to the front desk to ask, giving the reason that there were too many people checking in... I've never seen anything like it! Has the hotel never hosted so many guests before? The cleaning lady was excellent, very meticulous in cleaning, and the room was spotless. She was responsive and always willing to help, I'm very grateful! If it weren't for the great cleaning lady, the hotel's service wouldn't even get a 3-star rating. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its proximity to the sea; you just walk downstairs to the beach, and you can see the sea from your room, which is very nice. During the National Day holiday, the hotel price went up to over 3000 a night. For this room size, facilities, and service, I personally think it's very overpriced. I'd consider it acceptable if it were around 1000. I've stayed at many InterContinental hotels, and this one is indeed a bit subpar.

EEthannnnYiI absolutely have to rave about this hotel! The front desk service was simply flawless. The staff were not only incredibly personable but also their service attitude was exceptionally warm and attentive. During check-in and check-out, they were meticulous and even thoughtfully provided recommendations for local attractions and dining spots, which significantly enhanced my positive impression.
The guest rooms were equally impressive, surprisingly spacious with a thoughtful layout. The decor was minimalist yet stylish. They were spotlessly clean, and all essential amenities were provided. Lying in bed, it truly felt like a cozy home away from home.
The hotel's gym was a definite highlight. The equipment was well-maintained and user-friendly. Plus, there were professional trainers on hand to assist, making it comfortable even for fitness beginners to work out.
Breakfast was another delightful surprise. The aroma of freshly baked bread was inviting, and there was a good balance of hot and cold dishes, along with a variety of freshly prepared beverages. It was a true pleasure to start the day with such a delicious and substantial breakfast.
From the front desk to the rooms, from the gym to the breakfast, this hotel excelled in every aspect. I will definitely be back again!

MM316126****The hotel's design is flawless, featuring smart technology that makes everything incredibly convenient. My room even came with a projector for watching movies – I absolutely loved it! The hotel also boasts a complimentary swimming pool with excellent water quality; the kids had such a blast they didn't want to get out! It's very close to Dameisha Beach, just a few minutes' walk away, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Every staff member I encountered throughout the hotel had a wonderful attitude, making for a fantastic overall experience. I would definitely return given the opportunity.

Furniture and interior design looks dated or resemble the good old days, but nowhere near worn. Location is great, just opposite popular pubs, which is great for drinking and night life. They helped me to order the food at night when we were really tired and hungry. The receptionist came to our room and ordered for us. And helped again in the afternoon.
Moreover, they helped to order the medicines from drug store, my husband was sick.
Also, the room itself is really lovely, the design, and arrangements. It was clean and cozy. Everything was in two languages Chinese and English - really convenient.
Lastly, I liked that here you can check out before 2pm not 12:00 as in other hotels.
Overall, customer service is excellent. If you are travelling to Shenzhen and don’t know Chinese better choose good review hotels which would help you.

11391879****This stay completely exceeded our expectations; it's truly a hidden gem of a resort! 🏝️ We had originally booked a basic room, but the front desk generously upgraded us for free! Our room was cozy and tastefully decorated, with all the soft furnishings thoughtfully designed, creating a truly wonderful ambiance. After check-in, the front desk staff proactively arranged a shuttle to take us directly to Building 40.
Our dedicated WeChat concierge was available 24/7, proactively sending us breakfast times, local guides, and helpful tips. They responded instantly to any small request, and each evening, they reminded us about the complimentary 'goodnight dessert soup' available at the front desk. The soup, served daily from 8:30 PM to 9:50 PM, was wonderfully sweet and incredibly soothing. Paired with a fresh and delicately presented small fruit platter, enjoying it before bed truly brought a burst of happiness! ✨
The in-room amenities were incredibly thoughtful; small touches like electric mosquito repellent and steam eye masks were provided, and even the mini-bar drinks were complimentary! The breakfast staff were equally attentive. This morning, we overslept and rushed to the restaurant just before closing, but the staff kindly told us not to worry and specifically extended the breakfast time for us! Upon check-out, we even received an unexpected farewell gift. It's clear that every single detail here is handled with immense care and thoughtfulness!!!
