The service staff of Atour hotel in Shenyang are very warm and friendly, especially the aunties who are in charge of the laundry room. I must say Atour brings self laundry to a whole new level. It is free, there are enought washers and dryers, they even provide free service of bringing your washed and dried laundry to your room! If only other hotels in Asia provide this service! The room we got was very spacious and clean, there is enough space in the room for 3 large luggages and still enough space to walk around.

As usual, very good service especially the front office and the supposedly self service laundry. Always surprised by Atour staff going above and beyond in terms of care and service.

The hotel is only a few hundred meters away from Shenyang Station and its location is extremely convenient. There are many shopping malls around, providing everything from eating, drinking, playing and shopping. The hotel is located in the most lively street market, with elegant environment and high floors for viewing. The bedding in the room is of high quality, especially the Atour PRO memory foam pillow, which is extremely comfortable to sleep on. The front desk staff is friendly and offers tea when checking in. Although other hotels provide welcome fruits and snacks upon check-in, this one does not, but the overall experience is still good.

I always choose Atour for business trips. It is clean and comfortable. The hotel service is also very attentive. After staying here this time, I felt the charm of Atour's five-star service even more! I like the Lawson downstairs of this hotel very much. It is very convenient to buy some delicious food. Taiyuan Street under the hotel is a bit declining. The hotel is very quiet and comfortable overall. The room is very large, well-equipped and very clean. There is a taxi queue at the entrance of McDonald's downstairs of the hotel. It is more convenient to take a taxi than to call a taxi~

The hygiene is OK. Actually, I have obsessive compulsive disorder, but I am very happy living here.
