I book this hotel for my boss. It is non refundable but I tried to modify the booking anyway. Because my boss changed his plan right after I booked the hotel. I book for 3 nights, but my boss stayed for 2 nights. Trip officer has tried all possible ways to contact the hotel (emails and calls), but this hotel is so difficult to contact. Almost impossible. When my boss was on the spot in the reception, the hotel reception said the modify is accepted and we only have to pay for 2 nights. But I was charged for 3 nights anyway.

The hotel maintains a good rating thanks to its staff - they are extremely persistent in asking guests to leave reviews. Reviews are written under the supervision of the staff. Objectively - 3 out of 5. Actually, this is both a rating and a star rating. There is no talk of 5 stars. 1. Cleanliness. Total dirt in the room in places where the eye can't reach. Huge layers of dust. 2. Bathroom. The plumbing is old and rusty, the shower curtain is worn out. The sanitary condition of the bathroom is disgusting. 3. Room. The furniture is worn out. White luxury from the Jurassic period. 4. Food. Monotonous and not very tasty. Canteen quality. You can't even get close to the sweets - terrible. 5. Beach. A good beach, 300 meters from the hotel. Reef: poor, dead. 6. Location is ok, the center of Naama. 7. Service. A three, all contacts with the staff are somehow traumatic. Overall rating: not bad three stars for those who have not been to good hotels. If you have been to good ones - better not. I was surprised by the quality, since I had previously been to the Jaz chain, everything was not bad

The hotel has no shuttle service and is far from the airport. There are scam taxis in front of the hotel, but the hotel doesn't care. The front desk's English is also not standard, and they discriminate against Chinese people. White people are served first when they arrive, and their attitude is extremely bad if they don't leave tips. The room had a strong smell, the water in the bathroom was blocked and I couldn't get out the next morning. The trash can in the bathroom was broken, the door was also broken, and the bed was very small. Reading some of the reviews en route to the airport I began to feel a little worried. But I absolutely needn’t have been! From the moment we arrived we felt like valued guests - the staff members all said “anything you need just ask” and they meant it. Yes the food is a little “samey” but you’re in a foreign country and they’re trying to please so many other nationalities. That said, we always found something to eat from the many many dishes on offer. Four cereals on offer at breakfast, on a personal level I would have liked porridge / muesli or granola but there were plenty of other foods for me to choose. Hubby enjoyed the amazing breakfast omelettes very much and the omelette chef was so helpful and friendly. Yes, the rooms are a little dated but remember you are in Africa and it’s not going to be like being at home. We were in block 2 room 1111 so close to the pool and restaurant , perfect for us. Around the complex there is always someone polishing, mopping and sweeping and everywhere is super tidy with not a speck of litter anywhere. All the staff are so friendly and you will definitely find your favourites who really look after you. And they do appreciate a little “thank you” ;) here and there. The pool areas are beautiful and clean, sun beds very comfy, life guards very helpful, gardens very well manicured and maintained. The a la carte restaurants are ok but most of the time we ate in the main restaurant. Drinks wise the all inclusive options are local spirits and beer, we both liked the beer and we preferred the spirits when in a cocktail. The espresso martini in the Caribe bar is especially good! Would we return? Absolutely yes, lovely place and highly recommended for some winter sun!

Just stayed here for 9 nights! Staff in the restaurant can't do enough for you, Mohamed the omelette chef is second to none in his service! Reda behind the bar at Caribi bar bent over backwards to serve & help to make you're stay special! Great location into Naama bay & beach. Rooms cleaned every day, room service really cheap & the hotel pharmacy really helpful!. Just a la carte restaurant unless you pay a surcharge is the same standard as the main buffet! Which was lovely! Definitely one to return to!❤️❤️.

Four of us went and two of us celebrated our birthdays while there. Never met such friendly people they couldn’t do enough for you. Hesham the best barman, the ladies in the spa, the lifeguards and all the staff in the canteen, so friendly and helpful. A big thankyou to you all. The grounds and pools are beautiful. The main pool needs to be heated, it’s so cold we couldn’t get in it. But there is a heated pool if you want to swim. The rooms are very dated and the bathrooms need updating. The beds are very comfortable though. We used the sister hotel across the road a few times you can eat and drink and use all the facilities in there and it’s on the beach. It’s a 10 minute walk into Naama bay with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. We will be back next January to see you all

First time in my life I’m writing a negative review about a hotel. We are staying in the Jaz Sharm Dreams Resort at the moment. Last year we stayed in the Jolle Ville hotel and enjoyed our stay a lot but this year our whole impression has been spoilt by the terrible service in the Jaz Sharm Dreams Resort - the restaurant service has been a big disappointment, it’s almost impossible to find an available table at breakfast, lunch and dinner time, people are literally fighting to get a table, clean napkins, forks and spoons. No particular help from the people in the restaurant - yesterday they ran out of teabags and the waiter named Saad told us (me and my 3yo daughter) to go to the bar and ask for teabags there‍♀️ He was extremely unhelpful and rude. The food in the restaurant has been plain and hasn’t had any variation at all. The furniture in the room has been shabby and the bathroom has definitely needed renovation. As for the pluses - the staff at the reception have been very friendly and helpful, have helped with the snacks for my daughter and changed the beach towels quickly (very nice people), the housekeeper has also been very nice and willing to assist, the room has been cleaned in time and really well. We liked the beach and the a la carte restaurant at the beach but I don’t think we’d recommend visiting this hotel to anyone.

My husband and I stayed here for 10 days the hotel is beautiful The staff are all friendly and amazingly helpful nothing is too much trouble Food...repetitive unfortunately a huge let down, the omelette chef in the morning was amazing Animation...again a lot to be desired could do a lot more than darts and stretching during the day all seemed aimed at evening entertainment which was aimed at the young girls in their twenties music during the day round the main pool was loud and aimed at the anger clientele couldn't hear yourself think....only Amr seemed to interact with everyone The reception looked amazing with the Christmas decs

Hotel was really lovely and welcoming, it’s clean and very well maintained. You could also use the hotel across the road. The rooms are clean and well equipped. Pools were also nice but very cold could be to do with the time of year that we went. We had a massage and the scrub when we were there, the massage was nice but the scrub wasn’t worth the money we paid, the salon was very run down. We booked a couple of trips from the hotel they were very good and well worth the money. The only thing that was wrong with the hotel was the food, it wasn’t very nice even the salad was very poor which is unusual for a foreign hotel. We had gold bands so we could eat in the hotel across the road which was much nicer.

We had a wonderful holiday at Sharme Dreams thanks to the wonderful staff! Mahmoud who kept room 5019 not only spotless but added that little personal touch of flower petals on the bed! To Mohammed and Reda, thank you for always getting us coffee ☕ juice and beer shandy with our meals. Meal times are a culinary adventure with a variety to suit every taste! The dessert selection is to be commended! A special mention must be made of the omelettes at breakfast, the Omelette Chef is amazing, single handedly making the omelettes, 8 at a time, plus he remembers what you had yesterday! Mi-lady was impressed! Ahmed kept the Rock Pool sparkling along with the jacuzzi. Enjoyed our chats about Luxor...! Yes there could be changes, a bathroom upgrade, a bit of paint here and there, nothing is perfect! But it's the people who make the place special and Sharm Staff score %

The rooms were very comfortable and the staff are very sweet. The pool is very relaying and the restaurants are the very delicious and the weather is very good despite it being winter and my favourite part is the beach where it's the m9st relaxing and my favourite staff member is bassant is an very sweet and loving member
