Rooms are dated but clean. Staff are friendly. Food is average but it always seems to be at most AI hotels but can ways find something to eat. House reef is great for snorkelling, plenty of fish to see. A small tip goes a long way with the staff who work long hours.

First, I would like to thank all the Egyptians working at the hotel, from the receptionists, the restaurant staff, the pool supervisors, and the general cleaning staff. They all treat the rooms and the general location with a smile. Regarding the hotel, the location is good and pleasant, but the furniture is old and needs maintenance. There's a musty smell in the room. The air conditioning is weak. The food for the three meals is excellent, in terms of taste, cleanliness, and the organization of the restaurant. The general cleanliness is excellent. Thank you.

Well-kept gardens, varied food, beautiful reef within easy reach

Super rubbish. First of all, they overbooked the rooms and sent us to other hotels without our consent. Secondly, the hotel staff discriminated against Asian faces and gave priority to white people to check in, which resulted in us not being able to check in after half an hour of searching. The room was terrible (we were sent to their Anforas Beach Hotel). The Chinese were arranged with old rooms (the Chinese we met in the hotel and on Xiaohongshu had the same experience as us). The air conditioners were broken, and the showers were broken. Ctrip customer service could not change or upgrade the room after multiple communications (paid upgrade). The hotel front desk and manager refused to communicate, especially the front desk had a bad attitude, rolled their eyes and were impatient many times. The phone was not answered and the email was not replied. Check-out also took more than 40 minutes. The hotel is a stand-alone villa-like hotel. What impressed me most was that I met a Jamaican guy on the beach. He invited us for tea and gave each of us a name pendant.

The room condition was not good, but the staff was friendly and the food was delicious. I had a nice all-inclusive vacation at a reasonable price. It was great. I also liked the performances every evening.

The rooms are very clean and the staff is very nice. The location of the hotel is great. You can enjoy the pool as well as the beach. I HIGHLY recommend!

Terrible service, room with air conditioning not working, despite constant requests for intervention or room change the situation remained the same for 5 days. A place to absolutely avoid!

It's pretty good, right next to the beach

Structure a little old but excellent quality/price. For a few days it's more than fine

The attention of the waiters on the beach and the towel stand is disastrous. Shame.
