Nice hotel

It was nice and good resort have to add Pakistani food.

It was a great trip. The service attitude of the hotel was very good. The food was delicious and cost-effective. It had its own private beach. The only drawback was that the private beach is separate from the hotel and you need to walk 200 meters. Overall good, highly recommended!

Booked a hotel for 1 day because of the water park for children. I liked it very much. The staff is polite, speaks Russian, they did not want to speak English. They moved in immediately, 12:30. They put on a bracelet and took us to the room. The room is spacious, clean with a balcony and a view of the sea. Food in the hotel is varied and sufficient. The beach is clean, spacious, the sunbeds are brand new. The entrance to the sea is convenient for children and, in general, the beach is for children. The slides are brand new, as are the deckchairs. The staff looks after the children on the slides, helps with the descents. You can relax while the children ride. When moving out, I forgot the charger for the phone, I noticed its loss already in the evening when I was at home. Contacted the reception, they immediately found the charger and returned it to me. Thanks to Nabil, the reception employee, for his help and decency.

We went as a couple to this hotel for 3 weeks over the Xmas and new year, wow they know how to party. We had an amazing time, made some fantastic new friends. Would like to give a massive shout out to all the staff, there amazing and the hotel would be nothing without them. Our housekeeper was Wael Ismail room 5027, what a lovely man, kind, helpful and respectful, he made the best towel arrangements iv ever seen. Also to Amr and Nader in the lobby bar, so friendly, funny and helpful. Salah from the pool bar, lovely man, helpful and funny. The pool lads Elgohry and Abdullah, they made our stay perfect, such nice people. Nabil from reception, very helpful and friendly, lovely man. And Fady from excursions, we wouldn't have had half the things we did if it wasn't for him, lovely man. Also all the staff at the restaurant, I didnt catch all there names, the ones from the pink shirts to the blue shirts, there all fantastic and couldn't do enough to help. The food is not to everyone's taste but there is always things to eat. We can't wait to go back next year to celebrate Xmas and hopefully see all the lovely staff again.

We had a family vacation in September 2024. We had previously been to this hotel with a friend in 2023A place where you want to come back again and again, very friendly staff, delicious food, huge territory, very big and beautiful beach, with a good entry into the water❤️We always remember our vacation with a smile and are already looking forward to the next return ❤️ Special thanks to Mr.Essam

I hade the best experience in this hotel everything was very organized and professional the staff was very nice and friendly even the food and drinks was good and i give my biggest thanks for the girl name nada she was very nice and helpful i advice you to try it out. Is the best choice on Sharm el sheikh.

Salah Eldin is the best, cheerful bartender, because of him, staying at your hotel has become much more enjoyable. Wael Ismail, the best cleaner, my room sparkled after him, very interesting swans and hearts made from towels, pleasantly pleased. Room 4108
