This is not a five star hotel , they don't have access to the beach so they take you on a long trip to another area to swim or snorkel in crowded buses , a nightmare if you miss it as it will cost you a lot to come back, the food is low quality buffet in a crowded environment, the place caters for Russians and ignore everyone else .

Great service, location is not on beach but the hotel has its own beach and provides transportation free of charge. Would definitely recommend and return to it.

Very bad experience, not recommend it! First with just arriving to the hotel after a long flight, the reception told me that there is no booking under my name and asked me to check with Trip.com instead of them checking with their supplier “ ridiculous “. Another thing the Mini bar was broken at my room and they couldn’t fix it during my whole stay.

Nice, quiet hotel. Price-quality corresponds. 10 minutes by bus to the sea

The rooms are too "tired" for this price. On the phone, the people at the reception were rude and rude. When we met, everything was fixed. The atmosphere in the hotel is oppressive and oppressive. The animation is focused on selling tickets outside the hotel. When even the animators talk rudely to the guests in the hotel, it is discouraging. On the positive side: a decent area, by local standards, green. No frills, but Good food, standard for such resorts. Good soundproofing, but only the windows On the negative side: It takes a long time to get to the sea. Too much "politics": stickers with Ukrainian symbols in public toilets, names of dishes in Ukrainian, with no Russian translation. (maybe it's the animation staff?) I am put off by the carelessly dumped construction rubbish in the rooms, the smell of old furniture and the old furniture itself The water in the tap did not drain well, the TV or the remote control did not work, the door closer was broken. There was no hint of hospitality here. When a "fountain with a black dolphin" was noticed (Russians will understand) - it seemed symbolic ;)

We stayed at the hotel on New Year's Eve. We arrived early, they didn't want to check us in before the allotted time, they barely persuaded us an hour later for an extra fee. THEY GAVE US A TWO-ROOM ROOM. THE FURNITURE IS ALL OLD, THE BEDS ARE NOT VERY COMFORTABLE. EVERYTHING ELSE IS A PRO Variety in food, yes, it can be repeated from day to day, but the choice is large, very large. You won't go hungry. The territory is huge, lots of pools, sun loungers, a water park, for those with children, it's just a godsend. Cocktails, beer are all there, wine, but not tasty, too. The coral beach is small, it is very far from the hotel, but the reef is worth it, you can also eat and drink from the hotel chain. In general, for your money, we highly recommend it to unpretentious people. We have been to three hotels in Sharm, this one corresponds to the price and quality!!

Very nice and relaxing holiday, large resort, having been there in November few restaurants outside the buffet were open, little organization for entertainment, nice rooms but not all new, luckily I ended up in the nice one.

Very nice experience,staff are amazing.room is very clean and nice. Mohamed salah (cleaner) was amazing cleans the room very good and goes out his own way to have what you want,takes care and adds additional things such as towel animals and curtain bows.

We stayed here in a family group. The rooms were good,two double beds in the room. Air conditioning which was needed when it was 43°outside! Plenty of pools including a water park. Evening entertainment was okay. Usual activities in the main pool, water Polo, foam party,loud music. The towel guy round the pool was excellent. We stayed all inclusive and the food was good. Plenty of choice. Drinks were okay. We had a lovely trip on the boat, snorkeling and to see the fish was beautiful. We went to the White island etc. This was organised by the guy in the hotel. Staff in the hotel were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Visited this hotel in September and stayed there for 2 weeks. First impressions of the entrance, reception and security of the hotel were very good. It was fresh and clean. The staff at the reception were very welcoming and pleasant. The hotel rooms themselves were large and spacious. However, the bathrooms need a little deeper cleaning on the floor and shower. The sheets on the bed were a bit worn and you can see they are overused. When we pointed this out to the staff, they were very quick to replace them, which was very good and kind of them. Daily cleaning was good. He who cleaned our room was very good and every day we got funny towel figures on the bed and flowers in the room. Whatever we needed they helped us with it. The service at the hotel was really great. We had all inclusive. But it wasn't that good. The food was usually tasteless, but you could always find something to eat anyway. It would have been good if they could offer other snacks and food all the time instead of during limited hours. Would need more range of drinks at the pool bar and generally just more food and sweets to offer at the pool during all hours. There was always plenty of activity and fun to do during the days at the pool. The hotel had 2 private beaches that you could book and go to with bus. We only visited one of them and it was a good beach with clear and good water. Anyway apart from the small negative things everything else was good.

We had read many mixed reviews before we arrived but decided that we would make up our own minds. Upon arriving at the hotel, we were excited to hear that we had been upgraded to a supposedly better room. However, our enthusiasm quickly waned as we were escorted to a room that left much to be desired. The ground floor room overlooking the pool had a faulty sliding door that didn't lock, a non-functional phone, and was in dire need of a thorough cleaning. Despite multiple attempts to have these issues resolved, the maintenance was slow and unsatisfactory. Throughout our 9-night stay, the room was never properly cleaned, and basic amenities like towels and toilet paper were often lacking. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, with floating plastic cups in the pool and a bed that fell apart in the middle of the night. While some guests may have had a better experience, our stay was marred by poor maintenance and cleanliness standards. The only good thing about this hotel are the staff. They work really hard, especially George who kept us topped up with drinks and always a smile. Although we enjoyed Sharm El Sheikh as a destination, our experience at this particular hotel will ensure we never book here again.
