The climax happened when a young lady at the next table screamed halfway through her meal because a cockroach climbed onto her thighs and ate together. 2. I emphasize again that I am very disappointed with the service of this hotel every day when I go to have breakfast. The service staff of the entire hotel gives people the feeling that they have no smiles and do not care much about whether the guests are satisfied. 3. Finally, let's talk about the details, which make this external hardware lose popularity: a/ The swimming pool is not clean enough, the disinfection pool is useless, and the sauna room has been requisitioned as a storage room; b/ There is a license plate recognition system at the door, but every time you enter or exit, a lady with a stiff tone asks you who you are with a stern face, for fear that you don't know that the service of this hotel is average; c/ This hotel really doesn't care whether the guests are satisfied. This trip to Shaoxing was purely for vacation, so I chose to stay at Dayu Kaiyuan Guantang in Shaoxing. The hotel seems to cater to a lot of international travelers. They have English and Japanese TV channel. The view from the room is better at night. The staff was nice and polite. One of the servers (Faith Dai) during breakfast was very attentive. She sat us at nice table in the corner and got us each a latte before we went to the breakfast buffet. She even offered get us a portion of fruit to go. Overall, it was pleasant stay at clean hotel in a cute little city.

It is a five-star hotel with a good environment, a swimming pool, a tennis court, and a good location. It is a quiet place in a busy city. It is also very convenient for travel. It is very close to Yangming's hometown, the hometown of the Sage of Calligraphy, and Cangqiao Street, all of which are about 15 minutes' walk. The scenery is pleasant, and the front desk service is convenient and fast. When we heard that we left the hotel early and could not have breakfast in the hotel, the front desk was very considerate to help us pack the meals and handed them to us in time when we left the hotel. The service was superb, whether it was the guest room, catering, or the front desk, the concierge, everyone greeted guests with a smile, thumbs up 👍🏻

Compared with many hotels, this very cost-effective holiday homestay is located in Jinghu Wetland Park. The environment is very good. The breakfast is also very rich. There is everything. The room decoration is also very warm. The outdoor pool water is clean and there are few people. The family can play at will. Xiao Yuan Xiao Wang Xiao Liu at the front desk is very meticulous and thoughtful. There are mountains and lake cruises in the scenic area. It is recommended.
