Massive suites. Very luxurious and comfy. Feels like being in a upscale apartment. Perfect for family and friends to stay together. Highly recommend. They can improve on expanding their car parking space more for the hotel.

It is located in a prosperous area, with convenient entertainment, considerate and patient service, clean, spacious and bright rooms, close to the ancient town, convenient for travel, and moderately priced, attracting guests from afar.

Facilities: The room is not particularly big, and everything else is available, which is still okay. Environment: It’s right next to China Textile City, with convenient transportation and very close to Keqiao Scenic Area. Hygiene: Relatively okay, basically clean Service: Check-in was very fast, and I also gave some small gifts. Overall satisfied

The hotel is very old. The furniture has severe scratches, the tiles are broken, very old electrical appliances and sockets in the room. The hotel requires immediate renovation and refurbishment.

Great breakfast. Helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Good technology. No deposit required. I loved the gown in the room and it's design. The weather was warm. There was enough space to move around and the staff helped me with everything I asked them for.

Got there around CNY eve, so things were a bit on the quiet side. Parking was a bit chaotic at first with cars parked all along the entrance, it was not clear where to park until I went inside and asked. Check in was quick and to my pleasent surprise the checkin agent Gary spoke English very well. He was extemely helpful and and accomodating. He even explained that breakfast would be included because of CNY. The hotel was very clean, room was clean. The hotel is at a very good location, central to many important areas in Shaoxing. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. Check out was simple and the overnight parking fee was taken care by the hotel. Overall, the hotel has the quality, look and feel that you would expect from a Holiday Inn brand hotel. Would definitely recommend and will rebook in the future. Many families with kids too. Please note if traveling around CNY, certain restaurants etc may be closed for the holiday.

There is a basketball box, you can borrow the ball to play, the gym is upstairs, the facilities are complete, the room is very comfortable and spacious, the mattress pillow is comfortable, the quality of sleep is very good, the transportation is convenient, the door is the subway station

Excellent Stay at ShaoXing Keqiao Atour Hotel I had a fantastic stay at the ShaoXing Keqiao Atour Hotel. The hotel was impeccably clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas that made my stay very comfortable. The laundry facilities were excellent, which is a huge plus for business travelers. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any needs. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary coffee and welcome drinks, which added a warm touch to the hospitality. The hotel's location is very convenient, just 15 minutes from ShaoXing North Train Station, making it easy to travel. Keqiao is famous for its fabric and clothing industry, attracting many businessmen from India. The hotel is also close to good Indian restaurants, Saffron and Kashish, which are only 2km away, providing a taste of home for Indian guests. The hotel's proximity to local attractions and business centers makes it an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers. The overall experience was enhanced by the friendly atmosphere and the thoughtful amenities provided. I highly recommend ShaoXing Keqiao Atour Hotel for anyone visiting the area, whether for business or pleasure. The blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service makes it a standout choice.

Caution to foreigners. During my first stay, I encountered a series of bewildering issues. Firstly, the hotel's internal communication seemed to be lost in a labyrinth, leading to a phone call after my reservation, stating uncertainty about accommodating foreign guests and ultimately requesting me to cancel my booking. Seeking assistance from the Travel Company, I navigated through discussions and verifications, only to receive a contradictory assurance from the hotel that foreign guests were indeed welcome. Upon arrival, the front desk manager surprisingly denied our check-in, creating a scene reminiscent of a comedic drama. It took a resolute stance on my part for her to begin processing the check-in, a time-consuming endeavor that left me in a rather disgruntled state for 30 minutes. However, the unsettling surprises didn't end there; the staff's lack of honesty was truly astonishing. Initially reserving a deluxe room, I attempted to utilize my room-upgrade privilege through the travel company, seeking an upgrade to a business suite or other room type. The hotel manager categorically stated that the business suite was unavailable, a claim that vanished into thin air when I later found available business suites on other booking platforms. This lack of integrity left me feeling deceived, thankfully resolved through negotiations with the travel company's customer service, which successfully reinstated my room-upgrade privilege. Breakfast became an unexpected battleground. Despite arriving at 8:50 in the morning, many food options had already been 'captured,' resembling a competitive breakfast marathon. To summarize, the hotel boasts a prime location and satisfactory amenities, yet its service quality falls far short of expectations. For foreign guests, a stay at this establishment may lead to a considerable waste of time and even negatively impact their mood. Consequently, I hesitate to recommend this hotel to fellow travelers, hoping that my experience might provide some assistance.

The front desk service is good. Xiao Liu has a good service attitude. The breakfast is rich and a free one is provided. If you have any requirements, you can tell us in advance. The guests also like it very much. I will come again next time if I have the chance.
