I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Tianma Grand Hotel Keqiao for 4 nights, and my experience was exceptional. The hotel combines modern luxury with warm hospitality, making it an ideal place for both business and leisure travelers. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest after busy days. We are a family of three, and we are traveling with the elderly in middle age. We booked a duplex balcony room in Phase II during the Spring Festival holiday. I always thought that the hotel service would not keep up during the Spring Festival holiday, but the actual experience was still a surprise. The housekeeper provides one-on-one service, and Xiao Jiao is serious and responsible, and responsive. The hotel has a beautiful environment. It is an ancient town in itself, and there are various festival activities. The service staff is warm and polite. The battery car pick-up service in the courtyard is thoughtful. I have experienced both restaurants in the courtyard. The Shaoxing cuisine in Yujia Courtyard is well-presented, and the food is satisfactory and moderately priced, which is more comfortable than eating around the scenic spots. The noodle restaurant is a little expensive, but the quality is very good. I especially recommend taking a Wupeng boat in the courtyard to feel the quiet beauty of the water town. It is great to take a boat to Dayu Mausoleum and directly enter the core area.

This time I brought my mother and baby to Shaoxing for a trip. It was a good choice to choose Shaoxing Hotel. If I come again next time, I will choose to stay here again. It is so beautiful, and my mother also praised it. 🥰 Service: The hotel waiters are very friendly. When I go out, I will greet the waiters who clean the guest rooms warmly. 🥰 The free travel photography can only be participated by one person in a room. If there is one more person, an additional fee will be charged. It would be better if two people can use it. Finally, it is a bit regrettable that there was no small gift when I left the hotel. I don’t know if there was no gift at all, or the front desk forgot to give it. 🥺

It is a five-star hotel with a good environment, a swimming pool, a tennis court, and a good location. It is a quiet place in a busy city. It is also very convenient for travel. It is very close to Yangming's hometown, the hometown of the Sage of Calligraphy, and Cangqiao Street, all of which are about 15 minutes' walk. The scenery is pleasant, and the front desk service is convenient and fast. When we heard that we left the hotel early and could not have breakfast in the hotel, the front desk was very considerate to help us pack the meals and handed them to us in time when we left the hotel. The service was superb, whether it was the guest room, catering, or the front desk, the concierge, everyone greeted guests with a smile, thumbs up 👍🏻

When checking in, I asked the front desk if the room type upgrade rights included in the order can be used. The front desk replied: Your room is already the best room. It was cold when I opened the door of the room, the window faced a wall, the chandelier was off, and it was plugged with paper towels, another small light was also off, and the sink was facing the end of the bed. Asked the front desk to change the room, the front desk did not agree very much at first, and then agreed to change after a different person. The sound insulation of the room is not good, and the conversation next door can be faintly heard. The room service lady is very nice and has been patiently helping us solve problems.

Really nice ambiance and care

The room is big, the breakfast is good, and the parking is convenient. The location is remote, very close to the high-speed rail line. From the underground parking lot, you can only take the building elevator to the first floor, and then you have to take the hotel's dedicated elevator to get to the room, and the same is true for going downstairs. The hotel does not provide a TV remote control. Every time you turn on the TV, the volume is set very low. You need to call the front desk to ask the waiter to adjust it, which is very strange. Parking is free, but you need to call the front desk to report the car number every time you go out. In short, the staff are good, but the operation and management are relatively poor, and the experience is not good.

The room is not big, but it has everything you need. It is equipped according to five-star standards, very Shaoxing style, and cost-effective. Compared with Shaofan Xiaoxianheng World Trade Wyndham, this one has a higher cost-effectiveness and I stay there more often. Although the breakfast here is not very varied, it is super delicious, with my favorite Zhuangyuan cake

The family traveled to Shaoxing on May Day. The parent-child room of the hotel was very convenient and comfortable. There were two large beds and a small single room in the room. The hot water in the bathroom shower room was large, and it was very comfortable to take a shower. The water was so large that it felt like you could push people to walk. There are charging piles in the hotel's ground parking lot. I will come to Shaoxing to see the tram next time I come.

I met a kind clerk brother who led the way with a battery car. He also helped us call a shuttle bus to park our luggage underground. The girl in the cute pet park took the initiative to give us an umbrella when she saw it was raining. The service awareness of the whole hotel is great. The room is large, the bedroom lighting is dim, and the items on the bar are a bit confusing. From a distance, it looks like a... coffee machine even shows the feeling of a skeleton. The air conditioner and the rain shower are very powerful. The spare parts are a full set of Ditypque. In addition, the Philips hair dryer in the room is problematic. It can't blow hot air, and I am speechless. Jianlongtan is a must-visit area of ​​the hotel. At the foot of the mountain, I saw ducks and geese that were not afraid of people at all, and they even came around to ask for food. There are several Yangming Pavilion villas by the pond. I can't imagine how beautiful the scenery is when I live in them. The ramen for breakfast tastes great, Pepperoni is placed in an inconspicuous corner, and the quality of yogurt can be considered to be improved.
