Upgraded the room to executive room with on the spot topup as required to be in the same building. can tell that the hotel is trying best to stay profit. Check that the rate is fair, and it is same as original quote, it doesn't jack up the price on last minute. we like the laundry room which we use quite a lot, it has 3 washing and 3 dryer, all well programmed for dumb proof, bring your own detergent. Didnt managed to use other facilities. location wise need to walk a bit to mall and eatery.

We are fortunate to have the help of front desk lady "Xiao Ping" assist us and make our holiday in ShanWei super enjoyable Food in Shanwei is great, especially the seafoods fresh and very reasonably price Hotel staffs are very helpful to gives good recommendation We have a great time in Shanwei

The location of the hotel was excellent for our purposes as it was close to the places we wanted to go to/see. We appreciated that our room didn't reek of cigarette smoke. The mattress and pillows guaranteed a good night's sleep. Our check-in experience was quick and smooth and the ladies at reception desk were so friendly and helpful.

Very impressive and good service, classic 5 star hotel, provide high quality hygiene, swimming pool is big enough but TV seems like cannot connect iPhone AirPlay. Gym room is big enough but not too many choice of equipments(all hotel have same problem). All things is quite new and very clean. No cheating you. For family trip is very good and price is very low but not really fit for couple. Staff Ms Lam is very nice and beauty.

This hotel in Shanwei is quite good. It is right in the city center and convenient for travel. The room is clean and comfortable, with complete facilities and equipment. The only five-star hotel nearby with a swimming pool and gym. Someone played the piano at night, very stylish. The reception service at the front desk was very good. The staff was very nice and we had an early check-in. Although the hotel is not too new, it is cost-effective and reasonably priced. The suite was large and well designed. Although it is about fifteen minutes away from Ermalu Food Street, it is actually very close to walk there. The king-size bed mini suite is really nice. The twin-bed room has a video TV that can be turned to watch on both sides. The room is big and has a super large desk. There is piano music in the lobby. It is super high-end. The breakfast is good and very suitable for Cantonese people. Especially the rice rolls are silky. The fitness area is large. Stayed in this hotel last month. Just like last time, I can't figure out how to set the air conditioner. When the temperature is set to 15 degrees, it still blows out hot air. This really needs to be reviewed. Also, when I entered the guest bathroom, I saw some transparent liquid on the marble surface. I tapped it with toilet paper and it seemed sticky and slippery, so I didn't want to pay any more attention to it. Hygiene should be improved. See attached pictures for reference.
