Upgraded the room to executive room with on the spot topup as required to be in the same building. can tell that the hotel is trying best to stay profit. Check that the rate is fair, and it is same as original quote, it doesn't jack up the price on last minute. we like the laundry room which we use quite a lot, it has 3 washing and 3 dryer, all well programmed for dumb proof, bring your own detergent. Didnt managed to use other facilities. location wise need to walk a bit to mall and eatery.

The location of the hotel was excellent for our purposes as it was close to the places we wanted to go to/see. We appreciated that our room didn't reek of cigarette smoke. The mattress and pillows guaranteed a good night's sleep. Our check-in experience was quick and smooth and the ladies at reception desk were so friendly and helpful.

Very impressive and good service, classic 5 star hotel, provide high quality hygiene, swimming pool is big enough but TV seems like cannot connect iPhone AirPlay. Gym room is big enough but not too many choice of equipments(all hotel have same problem). All things is quite new and very clean. No cheating you. For family trip is very good and price is very low but not really fit for couple. Staff Ms Lam is very nice and beauty.

We had a great holiday at the Peninsula Paris, a very comfortable setting and very close to attractions in the city centre. The facilities at the hotel are great, especially the swimming pool and gym, which are very relaxing and enjoyable. The service in the hotel is also very good. Miss Xiaoping at the front desk is very warm and friendly, making us feel very comfortable and satisfied.

The old hotel has been awarded five stars, but overall it is not of five-star standard. I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 a.m. When I checked in, I said I wanted a non-smoking room. The front desk said that it would take an hour before a non-smoking room could be arranged. Or I said yes. I would come back to pick up the room at 2:30 a.m. after having a full meal. I would come back at 2:30 a.m. The same staff at the front desk told me that I had to wait until I was able to come out. After repeated negotiations, I got a non-smoking room. After entering the room, I thought I had gone to a Samsung hotel. The room was dark and the lighting was insufficient. The air conditioner in the room could not be adjusted and there was only wind. The steward's aunt was at the door just now. When I asked, she couldn't tell me clearly. The best service was to give me a fan. Without this fan, I would not have been able to sleep all night. Apart from being a ten-minute drive to Erma Road, the hotel has no other benefits. Don't believe the good reviews. Read the bad reviews before buying. The bad reviews are the real reviews.

The hotel is located in the middle of Shanwei City. The transportation is very convenient. It only takes 20 minutes to drive from the high-speed rail Shanwei Station to the hotel. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to Xinli City Plaza and Erma Road. The service of Xiaoping at the front desk is very good. I am very satisfied.
