The hotel is clean and neat. Lots of eatery near to hotel. Excellent place for holiday.

The hotel is very convenient, within walking distance to the beach, and there are restaurants and souvenir shops downstairs.

We approve of the hotel's cleanliness. However, we stayed next to the elevator, which was extremely noisy. We contacted the front desk twice, but the issue wasn't resolved effectively. We understand the diversity of our customers, but since the price was the same as other twin rooms, we believe the hotel must have a better solution.

I am very satisfied. I can watch the sunrise from the bay window in the sea view room in the morning. I have stayed in many hotels and B&Bs in Red Bay, and this one has the best experience. Facilities: The hotel is very new and should have just opened, but it doesn't have the smell of new decoration. The mattress is not so soft that your waist will feel uncomfortable when you sleep on it. It is moderately soft and hard and provides good sleep quality. The toilet is very spacious and has standard wet and dry separation. What I like most is the big bay window where you can watch the sunrise. Make a pot of tea and watch the sunrise. It's beautiful. Hygiene: Very clean, maybe because it is newly opened. All facilities are spotless. Service: The lady at the front desk has a sweet voice and will help us recommend delicious local restaurants. All in all, it was a very good stay experience.

There is an elevator and its own parking lot, It would be great if it comes with a toilet seat. Very close to Battery Park and Internet celebrity road by the sea.
