Stayed the first night and went out , expecting a clean room upon return. There was no clean up, they said I had to reserve one day in advance. This is the first time I’ve ever heard of such excuse after saying in so many hotels. After checking out, while waiting in the lobby…I asked for a bottle of water (a small mini bottle of water) and just to save money, the staff at the counter says no! Wow, such a rubbish hotel. The service here is just a mess, rude, unprofessional, and just overall horrible. There are many other hotels nearby. Stay away from this hotel. Trust me, you’ll regret it.
