White Swan Hotels in Shantou

That afternoon, we made a last-minute decision to cancel our original hotel booking, thinking it would be more convenient to stay on Paifang Street given the rainy weather. We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Firstly, its prime location right on Paifang Street makes it incredibly convenient to walk to several major attractions. Secondly, the design is full of thoughtful details, and the hotel feels very new as it hasn't been open long. Every staff member, from the butler to the front desk and restaurant staff, was incredibly friendly! Initially, after reading some reviews, I was a bit concerned about potential street noise. However, we were assigned a room on the 6th floor, and based on my family's experience, aside from a brief minute or two of noticeable noise from the street below around 9 AM, we didn't hear any other street noise at all during our stay. P.S. A minor suggestion for improvement: perhaps because we are a family of four, the waste bins in both the bathroom and the room were a bit on the small side for our needs.

This time I came to Shantou White Swan Hotel. I had only heard of Guangzhou White Swan before, but now there is one in Shantou. I came here for the food, but I didn't expect that the room facilities and equipment here are perfect and very much in line with my heart, self-service laundry, swimming pool... are all complete; when checking in, the concierge Wu Weibin was very careful to help us move our luggage, and the whole check-in experience was very good! The ladies and brothers at the front desk were also very enthusiastic, giving gifts and checking in very seriously and meticulously... The service has to be said to be really accurate and sufficient, emotional value, and travel guides are needless to say! Next time I come to Shantou, I will really close my eyes and stay at Shantou White Swan Hotel. People who like quietness must arrange it! ! It is also very close to Nan'ao, watched the sunset, and saw very cute puppies! I like Shantou! I like the humanistic atmosphere of Chaoshan even more!
