Jacky provided excellent service. The Zhugang New City branch offers sea view rooms with stunning panoramic views of Shantou's Inner Bay. The rooms are spacious and feature smart technology, and the hotel even has smart robots. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit!

Highly recommend this hotel! The front desk staff kindly upgraded my room when I checked in this afternoon, which was a wonderful surprise. The entire staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, even recommending a fantastic local attraction. They were also incredibly thoughtful and proactive regarding luggage storage after check-out, and it was very considerate of them to ask if I needed breakfast. The cleanliness was excellent, and the hairdryer in the room worked perfectly. Overall, the hotel maintained a high standard in all aspects. They even proactively helped me locate a package. I will definitely be back!
