The hotel is brand new and beautiful! The rooms are spacious, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was also fantastic! But what truly stood out was the service. The hotel staff were excellent, and Ella, from customer service, was absolutely amazing! She contacted us a day before our arrival to understand our check-in preferences and arranged a room with a beautiful view for us. Her attentive, thoughtful, and enthusiastic service throughout our stay made our family trip truly delightful. We left with a wonderful impression of Shantou city! In Shantou, we also got to savor some incredibly delicious hotpot, 'sheng yan' (local raw seafood dish), and various other local snacks! I would highly recommend staying at the Shantou Marriott Hotel to all my friends and family. A huge thank you again to Ella for her exceptional service! We truly hope to see you again on our next stay. Thank you!
