Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The customer service was exceptional—fast, friendly, and always willing to help. Staff 瑞辰 😊went above and beyond by accommodating our request for a late checkout, which perfectly fit our schedule before heading to the airport. The lobby and room had a pleasant, refreshing smell that made the atmosphere even more welcoming. Another great convenience was the DIY laundry service on the 4th floor, which was very useful during our stay. Good variety of breakfast selections as well. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!

Originally thought of visiting Nan'ao Island, I found that Shantou opened a new Atour special place to experience it. I found that the hotel lobby decoration is very beautiful, warm and atmospheric, the front desk staff, smiling, handed hot tea as soon as I entered the door, the room was very spacious, the facilities and equipment were smart and convenient. Automatic electricity is automatically collected as soon as you enter the door. Breakfast is also a local feature. There are many choices, very rich, and the service is very good. It will help wash and dry the clothes and return them, especially suitable for business travelers.

It is very convenient to stay at Atour Hotel when driving to Shantou during the May Day holiday. There is plenty of underground parking, the room is large and new, and several popular takeaway restaurants are also very close. The lady and brother at the front desk were very nice, and they gave us local refrigerator magnets when we left. We were very happy
