The hotel was decorated Tibetian Style. It' near the Shangrila old town at the North gate. You can call to the hotel to pick you up at the North gate or you can ask the hotel to.pick you at the Shangrila airport or Shangrila railway station. There is free for a transportation to send you to the airport .

One of the things I was most looking forward to on this trip was returning to the hotel in the evening, sitting by the fireplace and being handed a hot tea with yak milk. No such thing was going on. But the staff were numerous and ready to help our with any request. They kindly arranged to take us on their motortuck with our luggage to the North Gate which was 150 m from the hotel, and called a Didi for us (local Grab or Uber) as we were not able to register with this service. The room was spacious and decorated with charm. The staff did not want to switch the air-conditioning on because it was dripping. It went a bit cold in the night. Sockets thoughtfully placed by the bedside. No fridge. No hand towels. Ask for the right TV remote.

We had a comfortable stay there. Location was central and just a short walk from the Dukezong North Gate. We could easily find food and shops around Dukezong Ancient Town. Staff were friendly and allowed us to store our luggage for a few days as we were travelling to another town. There was also a cute cat named dudu. Cleanliness can be improved, we found a half drunk cup on the table in our room upon check-in. There can be more variety of options for breakfast as well.

Overall satisfied with this hotel. The front desk very helpful and nice, she helped us to order food from 美团.The location is awesome.

The price is quite expensive not worth it

Location is good, near north gate. Good service with airport transfer. In bahtroom, water drain is not qood (8608) The carper feels dusty

The hotel is located inside near the North Gate of the ancient town. There is a free pick-up service from the train station or airport, so it is very convenient. The rooms are clean and beautiful, designed in the style of a traditional old house. The only downside is that there is no washing machine ^^

Thai friends, come stay here, it's definitely worth the money. The hotel is located in the old city, near the entrance, walk into the alley about 20 meters, at the entrance of the alley there is a cool coffee shop to sit and relax. The staff took good care of us. The younger ones gave us souvenirs. The room is very warm, Chinese style *****, quiet, breakfast is boiled eggs, steamed potatoes, rice porridge, corn and tea. Oh! You can walk to Dafo Temple easily, very close.

The location was close, the room was pretty and nice. The breakfast wasn't bad either. It was convenient because they provided pick-up and drop-off service.

The inn is in the ancient city, very close to the north gate and convenient for travel. The ******* architecture is very beautiful, the room is also very large, the heating and hot water are great, I will stay here again next time

This B&B is the most satisfying one among all the trips we took in Kunming. The yard and the room are very clean and tidy, and the style is very unique ******* style. The guy at the front desk is quiet but very reliable. He gave me a hand cream when I first arrived, and gave me a souvenir when I left. There is breakfast in the morning with a lot of variety. The pick-up at the train station is also very satisfactory. It feels like they are doing things with their heart, which is really great!
