The hotel is inside the old town, near to the gate. It can be a little noisy, but it remains a good place to stay. Big room, clean, with an electric blanket, hot water with pressure that makes the cold suportable. The only downside I will say is no water bottle or water dispenser.

Location is right inside the old town and near to North gate. We have free upgrade to better room. Unfortunately the hotel is under renovation and no one is around, only through phone contact.

Wonderful big room, with electric blanket (unfortunately one was not working) and a little heater.
It is right in the main square of the old city, really a plus if you like the atmosphere.
The only little negative notes are that the private toilet is outside the room and the reception is not in there 24/24 but you have to call.

Very basic place but offers all a budget-traveler needs. The room also had heating which was much needed!

The room is comfortable but very noisy, a bit expensive for the service provided (there is never anyone at the reception, you have to send a message every time you need something)

Yes, we are a family of four and two children. It is right inside the ancient town and parking is very close. We went straight back after the tour. The only bad thing is that it is a bit noisy at night, but because it is in the ancient town, there are so many people, which is unavoidable. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The soundproofing is terrible. There were people outside constantly sorting out the trash and doing construction work. I could hear every sound from outside. I couldn't sleep all night. There was no air conditioning or fan. It was so hot in the afternoon.
