Second, you said the bathroom is cold. There is hot water in the bathroom. If you use cold water to wash, it will definitely be cold. There are labels for hot and cold water so you can see it. Third, you said the public area is cold, there is a stove in the kitchen where you can warm yourself up. Fourth, you said that team members entered the room and talked loudly. I always sleep after 10 o'clock. It can only be the aunt who cleans the room. Because they checked out, I need to ask them if the sheets need to be changed.
