AMAZING guest service experience. Even though we don’t speak Chinese at all, the two gents and lady in charge made everything super nice. They upgraded us to a better room with an incredible toilet, oxygen machine, humidifier and best TV screen ever!
They prepared lots of coffees and tea for us whenever we want, super tasty by the way. And great service from the lady cook, who prepared very tasty breakfasts. They even helped with phone chargers, service to the train station and more! Can’t thanks them enough, this hotel is very worth it.
And the location is perfect, 5 minutes walking to the entrance and lots of shops

The service is very proactive! The water heating was turned on before entering the house! It was warm! Then the oxygen concentrator and humidifier were turned on! Also, my wife had a bit of altitude sickness on the first day, and the lady was very caring! Thank you very much! It snowed the night before we left, and the car was full of snow, and the guy took the initiative to clean it up! Thank you very much! Must recommend it to friends who come to Shangri-La to play!
