Despite traveling a long way, the hotel's location near my destination, Gao Mu, was very convenient. It was much better than I expected! The price was very reasonable, and the place was spotless and quiet. Although breakfast wasn't included, there are plenty of local eateries nearby, which was super convenient. I'll definitely stay here again. For future guests, check-out is before 12 PM, and you'll find supermarkets/convenience stores and various dining options nearby.

Great room. Great staffs. They provide free hot milk every night, free airport transfer. They also helped arrange ******* banquet for 150 rmb. Very recommended!! The hotel is like 10-15 mins walk to ancient town. 10 mins to airport

It was our first time staying here, and the experience truly exceeded our expectations. The concierge receptionist was exceptionally polite and helpful. She personally brought us to our room, introduced the various amenities, and patiently explained how to use them — including a standalone humidifier and an oxygen supply machine, which were thoughtful touches considering the high altitude.
She also shared useful tips on how to adjust to the altitude and even helped us refine our travel plans.
Overall, the warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay feel very welcoming and memorable.
