The surroundings are absolutely stunning, making it perfect for a getaway. It's incredibly relaxing and comfortable to stay here. The rooms are spacious and feature large, floor-to-ceiling windows with fantastic views. The guesthouse even has an adorable dog! The meals served here are also incredibly tasty. The owner and staff are all very warm, welcoming, and personable.

This guesthouse is absolutely wonderful! Every single staff member is incredibly warm and personable, making you feel completely at ease, as if you're returning home rather than staying in a new place. On my first day, I experienced altitude sickness, but thankfully, the guesthouse has an oxygen concentrator available. The kitchen manager and chefs even prepared ginger coke for me to help ward off the cold. Although the location is a bit further out, a dedicated driver is always on call to take you directly wherever you need to go. It's so comfortable here that you might not even feel the need to leave; it’s truly the perfect spot to unwind and relax. The guesthouse itself boasts a beautiful Tibetan-style decor and charmingly preserves the feel of an old house. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to any friends visiting Shangri-La. Everyone here is professional, dedicated, and provides outstanding service. Two of the staff members even helped us plan our itinerary and drove us to the hospital. Despite only being able to stay for one day due to altitude sickness, I genuinely felt the warmth and kindness from everyone. I would absolutely love to come back again!

This hotel, a random online pick, truly blew me away! Upon arrival, I was immediately captivated by the rhododendrons blooming on the high mountains, clearly visible right from the hotel courtyard. Furthermore, the staff's service was absolutely exceptional – they were truly dedicated and attentive. Both breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Shangri-La!

Highly recommend! The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to assist. They patiently answered all our questions. We didn't even have to plan our itinerary; a staff member helped us immensely by tailoring everything to our schedule and resolving numerous issues for us! Best of all, they ensured we completely avoided any hidden costs.

So glad we chose this hotel for our trip with our dog! It's a sprawling estate, beautifully situated on a vast grassland. As soon as we arrived, our dog spotted a resident Golden Retriever and eagerly ran off to play with it. Our dog had a fantastic time, running freely around the beautiful grounds. With the attentive staff keeping a close eye, we never had to worry about him getting lost. Everything, from cleanliness to dining to service, was absolutely flawless. Five-star rating, highly recommended!
