The location was excellent and my room was outstanding. This has been the best stay of my 3 month trip so far. As much as the amenities in the room are impressive and beyond anywhere else, it's the level of service that is the most impressive. The host has been incredibly kind, patient and helpful with an old lady and could not have done more to spoil me. The breakfast has been delicious too, as well as substantial, and the service hours very generous so if you want to lie in, you don't have to rush. The bed was SO comfortable that I could've stayed in it all day and just watched movies on the large screen. Everything about this hotel is perfect and I would definitely stay here again if I return to Shangri-la.
