My stay here was exceptionally comfortable, and I just have to rave about it! I arrived at the hotel feeling a bit down because of the rain. To my surprise, Emma at the front desk was incredibly sweet and cheerful throughout. She even thoughtfully recommended some great local restaurants, which were more helpful than my own research. Later that evening, when I needed to borrow a charger, she quickly arranged for one to be sent up to my room with such patience. I even bumped into her on the first floor, and she smiled and asked if I was settling in well. This kind of genuine, friendly attentiveness really warmed my heart and completely turned my mood around. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!
