Shanghai Qingpu District Hotels

As expected of a newly opened hotel, the environment and service are very good. 👍🏼The bedding at Atour is really amazing. It was the best sleep I had in the past two months. If the pillows were not too expensive, I would definitely buy them home. 😭The only drawback is that the sound insulation is a bit poor. It may also be that I was sleeping opposite the workroom and was woken up in the morning. The toilet is also very noisy. It would be perfect if it could be optimized. The service is still very considerate. People who come to Qingpu in the future can come and stay here. After all, a good rest is the most important thing.

My stay here was absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive from the moment I arrived. When they learned I wanted to extend my stay, they immediately and efficiently processed the request, patiently answering all my questions throughout. The room itself was spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable, with quality evident in every thoughtful detail. From the softness of the bedding to the comfort of the bathroom amenities, everything was absolutely impeccable, making for a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay! I wouldn't hesitate to choose this place again for my next visit, and I highly recommend it!

For this price point in Shanghai, the service we received truly exceeded all expectations! The hotel environment is excellent; P3 shows the lovely little garden outside our window. The complimentary beverages provided by the hotel were delicious! They also offered candies, fruits, and other small snacks. Check-in was very quick. The front desk staff even proactively escorted us to our room, and after we settled in, they called to confirm that everything was to our liking. The front desk service was exceptionally thoughtful and polite – truly what guests deserve! When booking, I specifically requested a non-smoking room, and I was very pleased to see the non-smoking label upon check-in. The hotel also features a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary water and beverages. We booked a twin room, and each bed thoughtfully came with two pillows – one soft and one slightly firmer. The hotel slippers were also thoughtfully provided in different colors. Food delivery was handled by a robot, cleverly avoiding any disturbance from external delivery drivers or hotel staff. This comprehensive consideration for guests' various needs was a huge plus! To summarize: The cleanliness, ambiance, and service were all excellent, particularly the hotel's highly personalized and thoughtful service. It offers outstanding value for money, and I am extremely satisfied. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shanghai! (A quick note: There was some construction in the surrounding area during my stay. Although the hotel is very close to the subway station, the walk from the station wasn't the easiest. However, the hotel's soundproofing was excellent, so we didn't hear any construction noise.)

The sanitation is very clean. The room cleaning is very thoughtful. The lobby fragrance is very good and the room air is fresh. The facilities are great and complete. The sound insulation effect is very good. The front desk is very enthusiastic and will also care about whether we have elderly people and children traveling

I was pleasantly surprised to find a swallow's nest right on the eaves of my building! The friendly lady who checked me in even playfully introduced me to my 'roommates,' mentioning there were four or five little swallows in the nest, haha. The room itself was also excellent, making for a very comfortable stay. The host (another kind lady) was equally wonderful; she even helped me carry my heavy luggage. Huge thanks for her warm and thoughtful service!

Overall, I was quite satisfied with my stay. Upon check-in for my birthday, they thoughtfully provided a small cake, which was a nice touch. However, I wasn't able to receive a room upgrade. Interestingly, I found the Executive Deluxe Room to be preferable to the Executive Grand Room. A standout feature was the bathroom design: the toilet, vanity, bathtub, and shower are all in separate areas. There's even a small hand basin within the toilet cubicle, which is incredibly convenient as it allows the toilet and showering/bathing facilities to be used independently. This segmented design, where the toilet is in its own private cubicle, is similar to the twin rooms at Hyatt Regency Shanghai Global Harbor and Hyatt Regency Songjiang. The service at the Club InterContinental Lounge on the 10th floor was exceptionally attentive. Furthermore, the gym and swimming pool on the 5th floor are complimentary for all hotel guests.

After a day exploring Qingpu, we decided to check into the conveniently located Hilton Garden Inn for the night. I have to say, I must give a huge thumbs-up to the hotel's laundry service! The laundry room itself is incredibly cozy and comfortable, featuring a small sofa to relax on, and they even provide complimentary detergent and fabric softener. After washing, you can iron your clothes right there, making it a complete one-stop service. Absolutely fantastic, big thumbs up! 👍🏻 I'd also like to extend my thanks to Lumi, the intern at the restaurant. I was looking for the restroom, and even though my room didn't include breakfast, she was incredibly kind and friendly, not only telling me where it was but also guiding me there. Thank you, Lumi! I'll definitely come for breakfast next time.

The airport is close. The main road is under renovation and that means you have to enter the hotel from a private entrance. The noise from construction is unbearable. Water and toilet paper is provided everyday. Not a four star experience but tolerable for a layover.

The room is quite good, parking is very convenient, I booked a tatami, the room is very quiet, clean and comfortable. The experience is good, the hotel is cost-effective. There is a small shop downstairs. It is very close to Panlong Tiandi

Stay was good, clean good atmosphere, perfect location close to metro and exhibition center service staaf was good thanks to Maggie zhao the beautiful lady at the reception very helpful 🥰
