A good hotel located extremely close to various shopping centres within 10 minutes of driving. Room was clean and the service was high quality.

Check in was unfriendly attitude demonstrated by Mr Christian Chang. He refused to consider individual situation as we explained to him that we travelled all the way from Australia and we were on board the plane over 18 hours and we are exhausted. Unfortunately he did show any compassion to our situation. We did check in later

I stayed at the hotel while visiting an exhibition in Shanghai. The location of the hotel is very convenient, not far from the subway, the train station and the exhibition complex. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very polite and helped me with all my questions. Beautiful hotel decoration

There is almost nothing around the hotel in night. the good part is that it is very quite, rare in Shanghai. The down side is no restaurant to dine in. there is nothing to do besides stay int he hotel. The hotel itself is nice. the room is spacious and well equipped. It is a nice place if you just need a good night of sleep after a very busy day.

When checking in, they will offer tea, and when checking out, they also give warm water. The service is very thoughtful. The shower in the bathroom is very useful, the mattress is very comfortable, and the pillow is as good as always. Name praise Sister Xiaomo! The service is super super in place! Next time I will choose this hotel! I will recommend it to my friends!

Above average breakfast buffet. In-house dining menu a bit pricey, unfortunately. I would recommend walking around the area for alternative dining options. Room was excessively hot even with the thermostat off. Was necessary to open a window to cool off the room to be able to sit comfortably without sweating.

I stayed one night at the Holiday Inn and was genuinely impressed. The room was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. What really stood out was the service—Maggie at the front desk was absolutely wonderful! She was warm, helpful, and made the whole check-in experience smooth and welcoming. It’s rare to meet staff who go above and beyond like she did. Everything from the location to the amenities made for a hassle-free, relaxing night. Highly recommend, and big thanks to Maggie for making it a great stay!

The front desk service is very good. Xiao Zheng at the front desk was very enthusiastic and detailed when checking in. The service was thoughtful. The mattress in the room was very comfortable and the facilities were also intelligent. It is close to the Panlong Tiandi Scenic Area and is a ten-minute walk away. Overall, it is good

The front desk lady Xiao Ran provided great service. I recently stayed at Shanghai Hongqiao Suning Yayue Hotel and the overall experience was great! The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the Hongqiao transportation hub, and very convenient for both business and travel.
