Great Friendly hotel . The staff can not do enough for you . English speaking is not availble whilst we were staying but they had a great translation app. Hotel bed was so comfortable !! Great shower and goid quality towels. Room size ok for max three night stay. Airport pick up and drop off great . They will wechat you to communicate . Breakfast simple but plentyfull and tasty. Location 20 mins in traffic from airport/train station. The robot room service was great !! Recommend top flloor away from lift .. All in all a great stay would use again thank you so much !

This hotel is located in the Hongqiao area, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station, surrounded by large shopping malls and a wide array of dining options. It's incredibly convenient for both getting around and enjoying food and entertainment. During check-in, the front desk staff greeted us with friendly smiles and efficiently processed our request. They even thoughtfully asked if we needed children's toiletries. Our room was clean and comfortable, and we received a complimentary upgrade! The bedding was spotless and soft, and the bathroom's wet/dry separation was excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast spread offered a great variety of both Chinese and Western options, and a freshly brewed coffee provided the perfect energetic start to a new day. ☀️

This hotel is quite good. My friend was staying here for a business trip in Shanghai, so I booked a room as well to catch up with a friend I hadn't seen in years. It seems to be a rebranded property undergoing gradual renovation. The service is impressive; it's rare to find a mid-range hotel with a doorman these days. Check-in was very efficient, and they even upgraded my room. The room itself was quite spacious. The only minor issue was that the smart toilet seat's bidet function sprayed cold water instead of warm. The hotel's 30-meter pool is quite large. Its deep end reaches over 1.7 meters, which is the deepest I've ever encountered in a hotel pool – I'd suggest making it a bit shallower. While the hotel breakfast was decent, it was nothing special. However, the executive lounge offered a good spread of 2 meat and 2 vegetable dishes. The lounge manager even offered cocktail-making, which was a really nice touch, and the drinks were delicious. Finally, a big thank you to Molin at the front desk. I forgot my glasses at breakfast, and he helped me retrieve them.

As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I fell in love with this tasteful hotel. I originally planned to stay for only two days, but ended up staying so long that I had to leave Shanghai. My husband commented that it is the most satisfactory hotel he has ever stayed in. The front desk staff is very professional, polite and enthusiastic. The room is on a high floor, spacious, clean and tidy, the breakfast is rich and varied, and the chef's noodles are good. My husband said that he finally had a bowl of cooked noodles.

The hotel's location near the exhibition center was incredibly convenient for attending my expo. The exhibition itself was quite busy this time. I loved the hotel's distinct Shanghai-inspired decor. The amenities were comprehensive, and my room was clean, comfortable, and boasted a large floor-to-ceiling window. Plus, there's a Wanda Plaza close by for shopping, and reaching the high-speed train station is also a breeze. I was delightfully surprised to receive a small complimentary souvenir when checking out. All in all, I was extremely satisfied with my stay.

The address is in Jiangqiao Old Street, not far from the subway. The room is consistent with the standard of the all-season hotel, simple and comfortable. The breakfast is not much, but it is enough. The noodles with scallion oil are delicious. The service is good. If you stay with your children, you will get a free breakfast. It is very cost-effective.

I stayed here because I was taking exams. The hotel is very close to the subway and has convenient transportation. The service attitude is very good, the environment is good, hygienic and clean, and the TV can also cast the screen!
