I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location was excellent, rated 5/5, and the cleanliness was impressive, also earning a 5/5. The service was attentive and friendly, rated 4/5. Facilities were good, making this a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Highly recommend!

The location is exceptionally convenient. It's not only very close to the subway station, with Line 13 offering direct access to the city center, but also incredibly easy to reach Hongqiao Airport in just 15 minutes – truly ideal for my transit stay. I particularly appreciated the chilled fruit drinks offered at the water bar during the hot weather, a thoughtful touch for someone who loves to stay hydrated. The surroundings are also lovely; the view from my window, featuring a stream and houses, evoked fond childhood memories. Moreover, the hotel facilities are impeccably maintained. I'd definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

The room is very hygienic, the sound insulation effect is also good, and the facilities are very complete. It is suitable for couples traveling, business people, business trips, family travel, etc. The hotel front desk is also good, and the check-in speed is fast. It is not bad for any hotel under the Huazhu Club

I came to Jiading with my family to watch the F1 race on the weekend. Every time I go to Shanghai, I stay at Xiyue Hotel in Shanghai, so I chose it this time when I came to Jiading. Very, very satisfactory stay experience. The hotel combines the details of Chinese classical landscaping and the essence of minimalism to create a quiet and elegant space. If you are not in a hurry to go to the racetrack, you can really enjoy this leisurely time in the hotel! I would like to thank the handsome guy Xiao Shao at the front desk. His service is really great! Knowing that we are going to the stadium to watch the game, he took the initiative to help us check the route to the stadium and the approximate time required, taught us to use the membership to buy breakfast coupons, helped carry the luggage and sent us upstairs, and sent welcome fruits to let us feel the excellent service experience. I will continue to stay at Xiyue Hotel in Jiading in the future and look forward to meeting you next time.

The hotel environment is good. Tingting's service attitude is very good, you can park for free, and there are free late night snacks. The room is also very clean, and the breakfast is rich. I am satisfied! Come and stay here next time!

There was a female staff at the front desk with a very bad service attitude. She was watching videos during working hours and refused to give me an extra room card. She was very unprofessional. The male staff was very nice, enthusiastic and professional. The room I arranged was at the end of the corridor on the top floor. It took a long time to get out of the elevator and pass through the stairwell. It was very scary. I will not stay here again.

There were some problems with Ctrip. When we arrived at the hotel we booked, we were told that there were no rooms. After we complained, the hotel arranged by Ctrip was a better hotel than the original one. The environment was very good, the room was very large, and all the facilities were absolutely up to five-star standards. I had a good sleep.

Hotel location is good, eating, lodging and playing around can basically be satisfied. The environment is good, the room is clean, the front desk service is warm, cost-effective, recommend it

Our room was fantastic – comfortable and quiet. Despite being near an airport with frequent take-offs and landings, we couldn't hear any noise from our room. Dina was absolutely wonderful! She upgraded us to a 12th-floor room and even provided a complimentary breakfast for our family of four, which was delicious. We were celebrating our daughter's birthday, and Dina thoughtfully surprised us with a cake – the service was truly outstanding! In the afternoon, when we took the kids to the pool, the front desk attendant kindly offered us towels. We will definitely return for their attentive service. Highly recommend! The cleanliness was also excellent. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay.
