Shanghai Pudong New Area Hotels

The price of the hotel is nice the assistant of the hotel they are very warm and have me deal a large problem. The driver they are patient they take me on time. 

Great stay for trip to Shanghai Disneyland! Shuttle bus to/from Hotel from/to Shanghai Pudong international airport & Disneyland is available! (Shuttle to/from Disneyland is only available at certain time and can ask front desk staff for details and booking) Hotel staff is pretty nice and helpful. They use translator APP to communicate. We additionally paid ¥198/room (including free breakfast) for early check in as there was no room available the time we arrived to the hotel earlier than the check in time. There are many small marts and bubble tea and food restaurants near the hotel in the walking distance (e.g. Heytea, Chapanda, FamilyMart, etc.)

Ideal place to stay if you have plan to go to Disneyland, quite far from the city even though there is free shuttle bus to the bund and the hotel is very close to station, only problem we were facing the wifi is not that good and toilet’s flush wasn’t strong, brought back the smell from the drain, but overall i’d still recommend this place, offerings are outweighed the problems, they have free transport to Disneyland, airport, breakfast and late night dinner as well, staffs are good despite language barrier, will stay again next time if we’d go to Disneyland

We celebrated a birthday in Pudong and picked Shangri-La as an impromptu destination. It was a Perfect location for leisure and nice dining. The staff was also kind enough to offer a complimentary birthday drink and fruit. The room had a Nice open view balanced between the city and the river. The Cozy bedding was good, too. The final visit to the jazz bar was really nice. The bar had THE VIEW, and the staff were very friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. We enjoyed the stay. We Will definitely come back next time.

Very enthusiastic energetic young staff and very nice friendly services. Good washing and drying machines. Very comfortable nice decoration hotel, high standard. There are bxa ks and shopping nearby. Very convenient

Unfortunately I stayed only for two nights so I didn't have the chance to enjoy the hotel at its fullest, but I loved my brief time here! The room was amazing, big, clean and luxurious, with both shower and bathtub. I had an incredible view from my room of the three towers, it was beautiful seeing them lighting up at night. People at the front desk is really nice and speak English, so that made communication smoother. I recommend it!

Initially our choice of hotel was pearl hotel, however we decided to change our hotel to dorsett. This is a gem location for a Muslim family/travellers to look into. The hotel is just located next to the metro and family mart (directly back door access) also walking distance up to 3 halal food found! Refer to photo for reference (we only manage to dine in two halal food nearby hotel). We booked a deluxe Parkview room for the bathtub choice, however photo in trip.com even after I made a call prior to the hotel it has a bathtub but during check in there isn't. Long story short, reception offered an upgrade to the studio room which is bigger in size and bathtub for kiddos! Appreciate the swift response! This hotel offered 24/7 laundry + dryer services FOC! 😉

excellent stay, very nice and beaut hotel specially staff is very nice and polite also it must recommended for families also because they have so much for kids here also.

The hotel is very well located, very close to the metro station, with several dining options in the vicinity, which is very convenient. The staff is very friendly. The facilities are fine, the room is very nice, very spacious, clean, and has good amenities. In addition, I was able to use the washing machines and gym for free without any problems. Breakfast is a buffet, varied, and has several options for Westerners as well. Personally, what I didn't like is that all the time, when I left my room, I saw all the garbage and clutter from when they cleaned other rooms, which wasn't very nice. I show it in the photos. Also, the coffee and tea offered in the room were all expired. I noticed after trying one, and it tasted very bad. In short, the hotel is fine for the price you pay; it would simply be better if those details were corrected.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The staff was friendly and always willing to help me find specific locations, even though their English was not very strong. Overall, my stay was incredible. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy their time in Shanghai, and I hope to have the opportunity to return.
