Shanghai Jing'an District Hotels

The hotel is well designed, beautiful interiors and reasonable room size. Room comes with quality towels and toiletries, mattress and pillows are super comfortable too. There’s free self-laundry service located at ground floor, right next to the gym. Breakfast options are pretty complete, nothing fancy but quite delicious especially the noodle bar, specially kudos to 菖蒲 for her excellence service and great hospitality, will definitely come back again!

This hotel is definitely ideal for my short night stay. The late night check in process went well, although I had a bit of delay finding it on the upstairs floor of the building. However, the staff did their best to accommodate me as an English speaker. I was assisted with getting food delivered as it was a bit late. The room was spotless, although small. I slept well in the very clean space. I would definitely do another overnight there for the price that I paid.

Clean and hygienic, well-equipped, elegant environment. Choose a room near the road. The soundproofing is good and will not disturb your rest. The breakfast is very exquisite and the ingredients are very fresh. I recommend it. The service is warm and thoughtful. The front desk lady found out that I am a member of Jinjianghui and reminded me that booking a room is more favorable. I stayed for another 2 days. Thank you🙏 The room facilities are recommended to be improved. The TV is good, but unfortunately the network is not good. It can't play normally and it keeps freezing. The design of the tea cabinet does not take into account guests over 1.7 meters tall. If you are not careful, you will hit your head. The mattress experience is not good, and your waist hurts after getting up.

Location is near to the subway station. I've added a photo. Helpful staff. They spoke English. Breakfast was good. A good choice of Western and Asian food. Our twin room was big and spacious. It's also a quick ride to THE FOUND. I'll definitely stay here again. Thank you 🌹

A great hotel tucked in the beautiful streets of Jingan District. We enjoyed our stay at Ginko and loved how it’s in the heart of everything especially when you want to visit attractions scattered all over Shanghai. You are just a didi away. The bathroom was large and well equipped and my kids loved having a bath in the tub every night. The bed was spacious enough to sleep a family of four with two young children. The breakfast at the hotel is very basic and our only call out with this property. If you want good food for the family there are quite a few restaurants close to the hotel. Ragu was a nice little Italian place for the family. There is also Orchard CRC if you want to get a quick Singaporean meal just around the corner from the hotel. There is also a lot Cafes around the property if you want your caffeine fix. Just walk around and explore.

Amazing! Would definitely stay again. Room was clean and everything is new. I requested a room on a higher floor with a nice view and they accommodated our request. Also one extremely nice gimmick was the room service robot that brings you take out whenever you order! Looking forward to staying here next time as well!

A old 4 star hotel but well maintained. Room was clean with comfy bed ( more towards hard type) but the pillow is abit too soft to my liking. I booked on north building. I did not know it was not at the main building ( where check in is done) the reception did not inform me about it. So it took me sometimes to figure out that it's actually is at the next building. To go to the lift there is a few steps. So it's a little hard to bring heavy luggage up the stairs. The cleaner on 4th floor ( my room) is very nice and polite, I asked for extra water, she gave to me and told me to ask for more if I needed. My sister room on 2nd floor has very strong cigarettes smoke smell even though I asked for a non smoking room, we asked to change to another room which the staff gladly arranged for us. Location is great as it's near train station, temple and malls. It's easy to call for taxi as well as they have a big lobby/parking area.

It was pretty same like a photo and the stuff was very friendly and helpful. I thought dears hotel should be 5 star hotel hehe. But the jakuzzi was bit dirty despite that everything is great the view and the environment. 😊

Facilities: The room facilities are old and have a strong sense of shabbyness. It feels like a state-owned enterprise in the early years. Hygiene: The room is relatively clean, the table is clean, the bathroom has no odor, and the shower water is evenly hot and cold. Environment: The room is equipped with a small refrigerator, spare pillows and blankets, which is the standard configuration of old enterprise hotels. The mattress is relatively hard, the quilt is thick, the air conditioner is used normally, and the TV cannot be watched. Service: The front desk service is okay. There is only one girl. When there are many people, it is a bit too busy. The hotel is located in the southwest corner of Shanghai Railway Station. It is convenient to get on and off the train. Just walk straight to the entrance.

I decided to stay again and haven’t regretted doing that. Helpful staff, great environment, clean and tidy. Will be coming back for sure.
