It was all good. The staff were friendly. There was noise early in the morning and I could hear it coming from the corridor and somebody moving something upstairs.

This hotel is the most family friendly hotel we ever stayed. It’s walking distance to the Shanghai wildlife zoo. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. The hotel has a self service laundry room as well which is super useful for families travelling with kids. If u are lazy to go out for dinner, u can even order take out which the robot will send the takeouts right to ur room door step

This stay made the children happy and the adults comfortable. I will stay here again next time!

This is the third time I stayed at this hotel. This time I was a little disappointed. I found cigarette butts at the bathroom door of the suite I stayed in, and there was a faint smell of cigarettes in the room. Because the flight was too early in the morning and there were no hourly rooms, I paid extra to upgrade to a suite. The front desk service was very good, still as enthusiastic as the previous two times, but I just hope that the room hygiene and details will be improved.
