Very very good! Booked for my parents while I spent my day at disneyland. The reception gave them late checkout and accompany them to make sure they got into the airport transfer arranged by the hotel. Supper and breakfast selection was very good. If there's 10 stars, i would definitely rate them 10/10!

The room is clean and spacious. A bit far from the train station. Didi pick up is also by the road side as it don't have a proper drop-off point.

Very good!! They arranged a transfer for us and made our stay very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here if you’re stopping by for a bit :)

Atour hotel is one of my choices of stay in China , It offers soft pillows and comfortable bed , plus the receptionists are very welcoming . This Chuansha Atour hotel is located near a shopping mall with walking distance , you can find a lot of restaurants in the mall and just 25 minutes car ride to Pudong international airport , hotel also offers pick up and drop off services that you have to arrange with the counter staffs

the lobby recept was wonderful, but others are no good. no free coffee, no roowear and noisy up floor. only one elevator must be not enogh. i do not recommend for business use. atour quality differs depending on the hotels. i do not believe atour brand now.

Robots can deliver takeout to the room, and there are shuttle buses to Disney and Pudong Airport. The hotel has a microwave to heat food, which is also convenient. The bedding in the room has been changed to a new series, and the fabric is comfortable and breathable. The service attitude of the staff is very good, and they greet you warmly every time you arrive at the lobby.

This time, staying at Shanghai Yaduo Hotel Chuansha Subway Station really made me feel at home! From check-in to check-out, every detail impressed me and I must give it a big praise! The service is warm and thoughtful, the lady is gentle and patient, the lady at the front desk has a super good service attitude, she smiled kindly when checking in, patiently answered all my questions, and took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and surrounding food. When I came back at night, I saw that they still maintained a warm service attitude, which really made people feel warm. After checking out, I forgot to bring my charger and power bank. The lady at the front desk contacted me in time and helped me find a errand boy to send it to me. This kind of meticulous service is really rare! The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities, soft and comfortable bedding, and the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas. I especially like their pillows, which are of moderate height and can sleep until dawn. My family bought two for their own use! Cleaning is serious, even the corners are cleaned very clean, and I feel very relieved to live here. The environment is very good and the transportation is convenient. The hotel is located near Chuansha Subway Station, which is only a few minutes' walk away, and it is super convenient to travel. This time I took my children to Disneyland. The hotel has shuttle bus pick-up and a special shuttle bus group, which is very thoughtful. There are all kinds of restaurants and convenience stores around. The internal environment of the hotel is also great, with free reading and rest areas, gyms, and a relaxing atmosphere. The sound insulation is good and it is very quiet at night. The little robot delivers takeaways, and the children are very happy. The souvenir snacks are delicious, especially Atour's black tea potato cakes, my favorite. The lady gave me a lot, so satisfying! In short, Shanghai Atour Hotel Chuansha Metro Station Branch makes me very satisfied with the service, environment and facilities.
