Hotel is clean and very good for business travellers! Good location near the expo!

I recently had a wonderful stay at the Orange Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. However, what truly made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Yan Yan at the front desk. Yan Yan was incredibly helpful, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. She was always willing to assist with any questions or requests, making me feel welcome and valued. I highly recommend the Orange Hotel and would like to give a special shoutout to Yan Yan for her exceptional service. Thank you, Yan Yan, for making my stay so memorable!

All good- perfect 24 hours in Shanghai for the half marathon🤗 Great location, easy access to metro and share bikes and great food! Super friendly staff too. Solid rest before the race in a nice big comfortable room. Thank you 😊 When I arrived at 3pm, my room wasn’t ready. Not a big deal, as I had to go pick up race bag. And I got a 3pm late checkout. Very helpful staff, despite the language barrier. Only negative thing was some ******* smoking in the hallway right outside my room- I had the room at the end near elevators. I know this isn’t a hotel problem- they can’t control who visits😖

The location is a bit inconvenient if you want to take the Metro. You probably have to take the taxi to be accessible. The food is good and the rooms are clean. The front desk service is fair only, but they answered your concerns.

The orange-themed decoration in the lobby is very creative. The room aromatherapy is a sweet orange scent. Even the toothbrush is in the shape of an orange made of environmentally friendly materials. The front desk lady greeted us with a smile throughout the whole process. She helped to upgrade the room and thoughtfully prepared good night fruit. She even took the initiative to help with luggage storage and sent it to the elevator. It was a home-like experience! ”

The sanitation is very good. There is a small robot at the front desk to help deliver food. The lobby is also very spacious. The rest area is also very comfortable. It is also very convenient to work. Not to mention the service, I am really a fan of Orange Hotel.

The facilities are complete. There is also a Xiaodu robot in the room, which is very interesting. The breakfast is rich in variety and delicious. The fruit is very fresh. There is also free parking when checking in, which is really great.
