Room is quite small. It's far from People Squre Metro 500m. There's no hot water and shampoo. Sraff is so kind to let me early check in. Bed is very comfy.

The hotel was very old and neglected, it has nothing to do with the photos. The location is good, close to people’s park.

Booked it for the day only as we had a midnight flight. It was super easy to check in and the bed was super comfortable for our afternoon nap. Convenient location and good amenities. The shower was small but that was not a problem for us

Okay for the location I think it was okay. The walk to the train probably 10 minutes. The lady on the front desk was really helpful. However, the room was so small, our bed sheet had stains on it, there was some bugs (but I assumed it’s because it’s summer time). So so much dust. One of our concerns was the smell of cigarettes and we asked for a non-smoking room, but we could tell the previous person did smoke in the room. Personally, I wouldn’t book this hotel again. But if you’re staying for a couple hours in a hotel then maybe you could give it a try.

Location: The hotel's is quite close to People's Square (centre of Shanghai). Cleanness: We've observed some drain flies in the room, and there is a lot of dust next to the bed. The room is a bit smelly. Service: The front desk could be more welcoming. Facility: They've provided all you expected for a two-star hotel.

Really friendly staff and really nice clean rooms. Allowed us to check in early as well so really helpful! Would recommend!

The place offers good value for money and has a great location - they can also keep your luggage :)

Noisy, stinks cigarettes and during the night very disgusting odor comes from the bathroom drains. Expensive if you take in consideration the hotel condition. The only good thing is the location, very close to the Nathan road pedestrian street and people square.

Basic service and room condition is consider good and clean. Location also very convenient and near to station. Opposite hotel currrently has construction on going, so if need to catch sleep in day time may be annoying.

We had a pleasant stay here, close to Nanjing Rd and a walk or short taxi from other key tourist spots such as the Bund. Room is quite small but does the job. Not a lot of food places in a close vicinity.

The room and bed were clean, there's hot water, the staff was friendly, and the place was quiet at night. The price was quite ok as well. However, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, the walls were extremely thin and one can hear everything in the hallway and nearby rooms, and the shower/toilet combination was uncomfortable. I would recommend spending a little bit more for better quality amenities.

This hotel is kinda so so - pros: clean, strong water, comfortable bed - cons: far from the metro station, small room

Good hotel, but it's a little bit hard to find the location. Also, the escalator is so small.

It was a good experience. The room size was good. The cleanliness was good. The location is very close to the downtown shanghai.
