Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room a bit small but it’s A very convenient place. Near Cafes and restaurants. Walking distance to sightseeing. I love the porridge for supper

1. The shower room door once open there is no way for an adult to walk in easily and close the door when shower … totally lousy design… refer to my photo 5. U can see the shower head is probably about 10cm away from the edge of the door .. so I really wonder how to go in and close the door while taking shower … I stated 5 days and I didn’t close the door as I couldn’t squeeze in … then you will make the toilet floor wet as they do not have any drainage for the toilet 2. Since is winter, once u open the window to ventilate the room, then you will get all the traffic noises …

The bed and room is good for rest and the location is easy to access and some shops nearby .

Great experience for my short stay. Pleasant surprises like free laundry service, welcome fruits, free supper, breakfast was a good spread with coffee and staff were friendly and polite. Will come back again.

Strategically located in a neighbourhood within the city centre. Near to mrt, cafes and most importantly the hotel provide laundry services.

The hotel is located in the city center, and its location is indeed convenient, especially if you need to be near the hospital. However, despite the advantageous location, I would not recommend this hotel for accommodation !!! The prices here are comparable to those of five-star hotels, but the quality of service and living conditions leave much to be desired. There was no refrigerator in the room, and upon our request, they brought one along with an extension cord, which looked extremely unprofessional and reminiscent of rural living !!! The cleaning in the rooms is subpar: the sink was dirty, and the bathroom and toilet were also not clean. The only thing that pleased me was the comfortable bed and pillows, which truly provided a good night's sleep. The service at the hotel left a very negative impression. The breakfasts were tasteless and did not meet expectations. But the most unpleasant part was the staff's negligence during check-in. They forgot to scan my visa, and the next day, they started bothering me about it. I had to go back home to take a photo of the visa in my passport, which caused a lot of inconvenience and ruined the overall experience. Overall, the hotel does not justify its price and does not meet the claimed standard. If you are looking for comfortable and quality accommodation, it is worth considering other options. This hotel left nothing but disappointment.

Highly Recommended!! It's very close to Jing'an Temple in the city center. It's very convenient. The service attitude of the staff is very good. The disposable toiletries provided at check-in are convenient. There is plenty of hot water in the shower room. The shower room is good. The air conditioner heats up quickly. The air conditioner is good. The fragrance in the corridor is good. The facilities are complete and good. The staff is very enthusiastic and the service is very good. It's very good.

When i arrived the power was out, it lasted for several hours. The staff were doing their best though. The room was fine and decent. Location was central although right next to a big hospital so there were a lot of ambulances and noisy people around the area.
