Friendly and warm staff. The room looked exactly like the picture, convenient location to the airport. There is the transfer service to the airport but it’s close enough so you can easily book a reasonably priced taxi. The room was clean and did not smell like smoke.

This hotel has everything you need, I recommend to book this hotel if you are going to the Hongqiao airport or train station early tomorrow because it is very convenient, very clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff. Will definitely come again in future.

the hotel staff was very friendly and the environment was clean. would recommend this hotel if it’s more convenient to stay near the train station or airport!

The rooms were dated, floor was patched up badly. Hotel location is far from any metro lines. Still 20min by cab to the airport.

The main issue is that it is far from metro and it has no public services anywhere near. The rooms are acceptable for the price. The service and staff are nice. Overall, It is good but not great.

Very clean and convenient location close to airport and railway station. A taxi to the city center is also very cheap! You have a convenience store and nice noodle restaurant only 5min walking away. Would stay again!

Don't get room 221. Water in the bathroom can't drain off. There's flooding. Was too tired to handle at night. Next morning the water was still there and it smelled badly.

This hotel is very clean, modern, and has great internet connection. The price was also reasonable but the location is not ideal. You must take a bus from the shanghai airport terminal and the ride is not short and is not near any subway or metro stations. Everything about this hotel was great but not the location.

The hotel is excellent. The breakfast is top notch! The room is standard and I have already recommended for a colleague going to Shanghai because am impressed. My only reservation is that one side of the wall is having some stains. Otherwise is all brilliant!
