Great service from the staff (even when 1 checked in around 10pm, and when we had deliveries to the hotel). Clean and spacious room with amenities provided. Great location too - next to a mall with breakfast options.

Great location beside shopping mall. Room and bathroom are clean and spacious. Breakfast is great.

It is located next to metro station. Everytime that train pass, you can hear tho noise and a tiny shake. Windows are not fully sealed and you can her the noises from outside. Room is not as luxury as lobby and gym. Breakfast is good but doesn't worth fo that money. For the next time this hotel won't be my choice again.

The advance deposit 1000 RMB has not been refunded, even after 10 days after I left the hotel. The manager said they forget to do so! Incredibly unprofessional！ So, if you indeed need to stay in the hotel, make sure to ask your deposit back by yourself! Otherwise, it never back.

Very incompetent staff, only a quarter speak English. After a quiet night and a trip to the provinces, I came back 48 hours later and requested a quiet room on a higher floor with the same standard to have a better view. Either I asked for a noisy room without realizing it, or they simply didn’t understand me, because I ended up right in front of the railway tracks — with a train passing every 1 minute and 30 seconds, shaking the lights. HOOOOOORRRRRRIBLE. I simply do not recommend this hotel.

Hyatt Regency Shanghai Global Harbor Hotel is very high standard living hotel for travelling and business trip. The room is such big which is around 50 sqm. The bathroom was clean and bright, the toilet separated from shower room. It has got 50" Television in the room. Our room was located level 16, it was quiet and brighter. Also it is very convenience because the huge Global harbor shopping centre is just downstairs. Lot of shops and restaurant you could access from hotel Level 1 and Level 7. I think the hotel is best the location to reach the Shanghai subway systems, which has No.3, No.4 and No.13 subways lines just beside of the hotel, walking only few seconds. It was best experience living in Shanghai hotel. Mr Qi Chen,

Check in hotel club room. There is no coffee machine, the glass were dirty, table is broken. Reported they did not apologize but ask me to change to a smaller room or if I want to check out! No five start service but asked me to give them 5 start feedback online! Never again!

Awesome Buffet, Awesome Fitness Center.......Right above the mall with a great food
