The hotel was really nice,seems to be still brand new. Room was also tidy and well cleaned. The staff was always gave us smile with greetings, and what more surprising thing was some staffs are fluent in English, this is rarely happening in China. Just one thing that I would give an opinion is about the food. There were too many Chinese dishes even in the executive lounge, we wanted to eat more Italian food like pasta, pizza,,, so our kids could ate more. Above all, thank you for the nice staying. We liked your hotel very much.

The hotel is in an excellent location, right in Shanghai Fish. It is very pleasant to walk by the lake every day, of course it would be more comfortable in spring and autumn. Every employee there would greet you politely, making you feel at home. There are also many entertainment projects for children, such as riding a small train and playing VR. The swimming pool is of suitable temperature and the scenery is beautiful.

During the Chinese New Year, I stayed at JW Marriott Hotel Oriental Beauty Valley with my family for two nights. The hotel environment is high-end and warm. The gym and swimming pool are amazing. From aerobics to strength training equipment, they are well-maintained. The hotel has a rich variety of breakfasts, and the buffet dinner, seafood, wagyu, and desserts are especially recommended... It brings a new taste bud surprise. All the hotel staff are warm and friendly, meeting various personalized needs. I would like to thank Alan for his careful arrangements for the past two days. Whether it is solving small problems during check-in or patiently introducing various facilities and services of the hotel, he has demonstrated his professionalism and professional ability beyond professional standards. There were just too many people! But it was very beautiful! I watched the gorgeous fireworks and had a New Year's Eve dinner with many people. I think this is a wonderful memory! The elderly and children were very happy, but the only drawback was that there were too many people!

The underground garage was very spacious and was full of guests who came to eat and stay on New Year's Eve. The fireworks show was beautiful! Disadvantages: The only drawback is that the bedding is not good enough, the pillow is too soft, and it sinks when you sleep on it. There is no way to support the cervical spine, resulting in tossing and turning all night. The air conditioning in the room is also a bit unstable. It is too hot to sleep in the quilt, and it is too cold to stretch out your hands. It is recommended to learn from Atour and provide different pillow options to meet the ergonomic needs of various customers. This really needs to be improved, friendly tips!
