😞This hotel threw away our personal belongings. We left several shopping bags in our room, one of which contained items we bought and printed photos we took in Shanghai. Housekeeping claims they thought the bag was empty-which is absurd. There were at least 6-7 other bags in the room, including empty boxes and food containers, yet only this one specific bag was discarded. Why? No one can explain. The carelessness is unbelievable, and the hotel refuses to take responsibility.😡The bathroom had a strong sewage smell, and poor soundproofing, we could hear the TV from upstairs clearly. The location is hard to find, hidden in a building with only one slow elevator, so expect long waits.
Never coming back, and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.🙏🙏🙏
