和老媽一起入住，酒店外表看起來挺破的，走進大堂別有洞天，房間衞生比較乾淨，前台服務態度也好，
酒店地段非常好，樓下對面就是泰山人民坊，吃的非常多
暑假訂房性價比很高，出行也很方便

客房衞生做得很好衞浴和床品都很乾凈。環境不是很好。主要是早晨窗外馬路噪音太大，影響睡眠。前台服務全程未用一句敬語，與客對話簡直就是審問的口氣，感覺實在很差。希望加強培訓。重點需要吐槽的是房間設施老化，開關安排極不合理。燈光衹有全開的，其餘所謂情景模式和閲讀模式根本不亮，形同虛設。插座面板要麼不容易插上，要麼插上了鬆鬆垮垮，不能使用。俗話説，硬件不行，服務來湊。前台可以多招應屆畢業生，年輕容易培養，不能用那些中年婦女大媽，壓力大，學習能力不足，缺少服務意識，容易招致投訴。
