這次入住唯庭酒店中潭路店的體驗非常棒！

• 房間舒適：房間乾淨整潔，空間合理，床鋪非常舒適，睡眠質量很好。

先説重點吧，非常後悔的入住體驗，絕不可能再住第二次。酒店唯一的優點就是價格便宜，這個條件但凡收費超過二百五十元都是詐騙就算在上海。選這家一是貪圖了便宜二是寫着挨着火車站，但距離依然是最近的地鐵一站地，走到最近的地鐵站兩站地，還是要打車去火車站的。剛入住房間的時候有點奇怪，牙刷沒有可以理解，怎麼沐浴液洗髮液也沒有。再後來發現連洗手液也沒有，一趟一趟跑前台領取時才知道，酒店為了降低成本一共就兩個服務人員。這我也能忍，但住下來細看發現房間裏的衞生條件簡直就是災難，過道地板上有不知道幾天的瓜子皮和花生渣，還有女孩貼眼皮的美目貼，床的四周看一眼簡直要吐出來，都是陳年的各種灰塵和歷任房客隨手扔的垃圾，你可以説有啥大驚小怪的叫人來打掃完就完了。對不起晚上回房間要休息才發現的時候已經沒有人管房間是不是能住了。這一夜好像睡在垃圾堆，第二天出門前交代了衞生好好打掃，晚上回房間一看垃圾照舊。行吧，垃圾酒店，果然特色就是垃圾！

打開房門就一股黴味，床單看着皺巴巴的，甚至能看到幾根頭髮，地板黏糊糊的像沒拖乾淨。衞生間的鏡子全是水漬，角落裡還有不明污漬，根本不敢用裏面的毛巾。空調開了半小時才有微弱涼風，還伴隨着巨大的噪音，晚上根本沒法睡。牀板硬得像石頭，翻身都咯吱響，枕頭也一股異味。熱水時有時無，洗到一半突然變冷水，凍得人直哆嗦。

房間衞生做得可以，設施老舊，外部環境很差。窗外就是居民小區，隔着白色的窗紗，可以清楚地看到各家各户窗口裡的動靜。對有着窺視心態的人來説誘惑很大。建議玻璃上貼一層遮陽膜，成本不高，既能隔熱遮陽，又能防窺保護私隱。毛巾破破爛爛的，早就該換了。浴室地漏下水不暢。洗完澡就水漫金山了。難怪房間裏面到處都有漏水發黴的痕跡。前台戴眼鏡的美女服務很好，跟她提出房間煙味很濃，立刻就予以處理，行動力很強。態度也很好。比上次來時的大媽改進很多。
