Thank you for a pleasant stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the location was decent for exploring the city. However, the language barrier was a challenge, as communication with staff was sometimes difficult. Overall, a good experience, but improving English support would make a big difference.

On May 21, 2025, during the reservation process, I was billed for a total duration of six nights' stay. In addition to this, my credit card was charged for the transaction, and the corresponding amount has already been debited from my account by my bank. Upon arriving at the hotel for check-in, we were unexpectedly asked to make the payment once again. Despite our attempts to explain the situation and even presenting the receipt as proof of the initial payment, the hotel staff failed to comprehend what we were trying to communicate due to the language barrier. The hotel notified us that Trip.com will process a refund for the amount they initially charged us. Today, we completed the checkout process; however, the payment has still not been credited to my account. Due to this enforced hold on my funds, I have not only lost all the money I had set aside for shopping but have also been unable to proceed with another planned activity. This situation or statement appears illogical and lacks any clear or reasonable explanation. Someone needs to be held accountable for this situation. I have traveled extensively across the globe, and during my journeys, I have consistently relied on platforms like ***********, Agoda, or ******* for my reservations. However, I have never encountered an issue like this with any of those services.

This stay was great. The room was clean and cozy, with complete facilities. The front desk service must be praised. Xiaorong was very efficient and took the initiative to introduce the nearby business district. The hotel is very conveniently located, with the subway entrance only 3 minutes away and free parking. I will stay here again next time~

The surrounding facilities are complete, the room facilities are complete, and the toilet is fully automatic, which is very nice~. Xiaorong at the front desk helped arrange a satisfactory room. The front desk service is very good, polite and kind. There are not many breakfast items but they are very tasty. The Chinese food includes millet porridge, side dishes, fried vegetables, fried rice and fried noodles. The family was full for breakfast for two days. The family room is very spacious. The shade of the trees, the sound of the wind and the birds outside the window are very pleasant. The only thing is that the room lighting is not bright enough, and the light for children to read is dim. There is a Family Mart downstairs in the hotel, which is very convenient. It is 300 meters across the bridge to Beicai Metro Station Line 13 and Line 18, which is very convenient for travel. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the hotel for free parking. Ask for parking tickets at the front desk before leaving.

I originally booked a king-size bed room, but was upgraded to a deluxe twin-bed room for free when I checked in. The room was fully equipped and practical, clean and odorless, very comfortable, and exceeded my expectations. It was cost-effective.
