The service staff was excellent and very helpful. The hotel is close to the airport and offers a free shuttle bus service.

A night shift male receptionist was friendly and handsome. Free Airport transfer. Anyway, noise from plane might disturb some guests.

As a transit hotel,i think this hotel would be a best placed to be consider since the location as well as airport shuttle were provided..

Good clean room and superb service. The hotel is near the airport so noise maybe an issue, but I had a really good rest. Airport pick up and drop off are available. Definitely worth the more than what you pay!

The hotel offers a convenient, complimentary shuttle service from the airport, running every hour in both directions—a fantastic perk! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, even providing earplugs, though we didn’t find it noisy at all (perhaps we were just too tired!). Many thanks to the hotel for making our stay so comfortable!

A very basic accommodation for 1 night near Shanghai airport. Liked the pick up and drop back to airport. Would stay again.

There are times for the shuttle bus which here not communicate. There called me at 8am when I just arrived at 3am and don’t speak English. So I was woken up without any reason.

The room is terrible, can hear everything in middle of nowhere and not clean, the shuttle bus is old and dangerous with impatient drivers which runs once an hour... don't go m, it's cheap for a reason..

It's a very convenient place to sleep if you are taking an early flight. The transfer service is perfect. They are very professional. They pick you up from the airport and they drop you again in the same place for free. The facilities are great. They are new, clean and comfortable. The service is really kind. I would stay here again if I need it!

It is very closed to the airport and there’s a free shuttle to pick up and drop off ( my only problem I encountered was a communication and even though they said they speak English, it wasn’t very clear and they have a a slight difficulty understanding, but they’re very nice and accommodating that it compensated the lack of a proper communication). The room was clean and spacious. There’s a kettle and teas in the room! It was a pleasant stay.

Positive: As many reviews have noted, the hotel is conveniently close to Shanghai Pudong Airport, making it an ideal choice for an overnight stay before catching an early flight. The room is clean and compact, with all the essentials for a short stay. The hotel thoughtfully provides earplugs since it is near the flight path. However, as a deep sleeper, I wasn’t bothered by the airplane noise. A great feature is the free shuttle service to and from the airport. Shuttles depart from the hotel every half hour on the hour and pick up passengers from the airport every hour on the hour, though this schedule may vary depending on requests. Negative: Requesting the shuttle bus can only be done by calling the reception. As a foreigner who had only purchased a data-only SIM card, I found this challenging, and I imagine it would be even harder for others facing language barriers. I strongly suggest that the hotel allows customers to request the shuttle via text or email and provides clear instructions, including photos, for the pick-up location. In the meantime, foreigners might consider visiting the airport’s help desk to request assistance in calling the reception and arranging the shuttle service. I’m not sure if the pick-up and drop-off location vary, but in my case, the location was Terminal 2, Parking 2, H9 Meeting Point. The shuttle bus is a bit old and bumpy, but considering the short distance and the price paid, I would say it is reasonable.
