Amazing experience. We checked in early and they accepted us without any problem. Free laundry service and very clean. I want to say just thanks for the hospitality of 小冉小娟! They have been very nice. 谢谢前台小姐姐们，人美心善，小冉小娟好！

Very nice hotel with the great location in the downtown of Chungqing! Room was clean and cozy! Staff was very friendly and always tried to help! I liked the atmosphere of the IBIS hotel! Thank you so much!

Nice hotel and staff. In the central of town, easy access. Need to change some menu of breakfast so tge customer not feel bored to eat tge same foods in 3 days.

Normal standard of ibis hotel. Located in a shared building and one floor only consists less than 10 room.

Good location walking distance to tourist area. Surrounding with good location. Hotel provide free laundry. The hotel staff are helpful.

Location is good, especially there’s Lawson just beside the hotel. Only staircase at the entrance although just few steps but still a bit inconvenient for people with heavy luggage. Overall not bad 🙂↕️

Spacious room with good facilities. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy, which was a big plus. The air conditioning was strong—likely a centralized system—keeping the room consistently cool. Breakfast was simple but sufficient, offering both Asian and Western options like fried rice and toast. I believe all rooms are smoking rooms, but there was no noticeable smell of smoke in mine. The location is very convenient: just an 11-minute walk to Hongya Caves, and about 18 minutes by Didi (DD) to Chongqing North Railway Station. It’s also close to two metro stations—Linjiangmen Station (Exit 1) and Xiaoshizi Station (Exit 6). Check-in is on the 9th floor. Overall, a decent value stay in Chongqing.

location was great & accessible to tourist spots. but downside was upon check in, the room is with cigarette smell

The hotel bathroom door is visible from outside. The location is very convenient and near to tourist spots.
