外部環境不錯，離九院近。雙卧大床房可能住的人少，比較新比較乾淨，普通大床房會破舊很多。櫃門打開都合不上，進去的時候一側床頭還有鋪好床以後坐的屁股印，牆上全是腳印，地板靠背都有臟污破損，隔音也不好。最重要的，外賣不讓送也沒有送餐機器人，也沒有工作人員送上樓，無論什麼時間還得自己換衣服下樓拿外賣，就從這點來講，日常出行不會再考慮入住，太不方便了。
