The hotel is clean and modern, with lots of smart features in the room—automatic lights and even a projector screen for movies, which made my evenings extra cozy. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep after a long day exploring the city. One of the highlights was the robot food delivery service—my family loved it! It was both fun and convenient, especially when we wanted a quick snack without leaving the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Location is also a plus: it’s easy to get around Shanghai from here, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. I had a fantastic stay at the Ordos Hotel Shanghai! The place was spotless, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome

The hotel itself is good and clean. There are lots of automatic functions within the room to activate lights etc. There is a projector screen for movies nights after a busy day, and an additional tv. The projector can also airplay which is helpful for showing programs of your choice via another device. The room was clean and comfortable. The comfy family room easily fit myself and 2 teenagers. The improvement I would suggest is for the staff to be a bit more alert, many were busy on phones whenever we arrived to the front desk. But they were polite and helpful. Also the lobby was very cold, having a hot tea option on arrival would be nice after a long journey. One main suggestion would be for trip.com to remove the offer of breakfast, particularly western. It was awful and at 8:45 the Chinese option was minimal. The only option for western breakfast was jam and toast, all for 58RMB. There was no coffee at all, neither in the restaurant or the room. I obviously asked for my money back. I suggest the hotel organize information regarding options for breakfast in advance. The discussion regarding breakfast on arrival was very confusing, when we saw the breakfast the next morning we understood why. Making it clear that it's best to order in or suggest an alternative restaurant would be better. On the first morning we went to Starbucks, then found a mall around 20min walk with delicious breakfast at BAKER&SPICE, with the cheapest option being around 35RMB for a egg and bacon croissant. Other than the food I would recommend this hotel. It's in a convenient location to visit many sites in Shanghai and it's easy to find and good value for money. I would say overall this is a 3 star hotel.

The check in time was long, but the staff at night shift was very friendly. He even helped us to order supper. Double beds room the bed is big enough to fit 2 people.

+ the location of the hotel is very convenient and convenient. the metro is 150m away. The area is quiet and at the same time close to the center. There is everything you need nearby. The rooms are clean enough. The room is in good condition. Cleaning is done every day, the bed linen is clean. - Staff does not know English, communication is only through an interpreter. Breakfast is 100% Asian, fried rice with egg, etc. There is no coffee. For the last two days of our stay, the hammer drill was very annoying, starting at 7 a.m. it was terrible, but we were resting.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The location was perfect. Close enough for easy access to the main tourist areas but far enough away to have a very peaceful stay. The hotel recently had undergone a very tasteful update and felt like a brand new hotel. We had a very wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

Such a nice hotel, the interior is clean and modern. Found the bed comfortable. Family loved the added robot for food delivery.

The checking in was quite a long process which was my only complaint due to late arrival with children. But it was the best accommodation of our entire 3week China journey, The room is spotless. Good starbucks and foodmart over the rd. They have a robot uber delivery service and the children wanted to see it working. The staff allowed us to put our sandwich in and deliver so they could see it. The absolute delight and laughter was truly special and the staff didn't have to allow.

It’s a good hotel which uses lots of tech. It’s a building that was recently renovated so the rooms are good.

Even tho it was clean and comfy,The customer service was really bad and it was really cold.And they didnt have any room for laundry.And in the first floor it was really cold.

Position is ok, near the station There werent many staff at the reception desk to support customer

The hotel location is strategically close to the metro line making it easily accessible. The room is big, clean and very comfortable. Truly enjoyed our stay here and will choose to return whenever we’re in Shanghai
